I haven't enjoyed or played the Assassin's Creed series since part two. I decided to take the plunge on the latest iteration and have not regretted it one bit. Yes by foundation it is still Assassin's Creed but the series has evolved into a more RPG open world adventure that feels more like games of old like Dragon Age and Mass Effect where a lot of choices are placed on the player themselves, not as robust but still a great new direction for a series that needed a serious reboot. Definitely great for anyone who is a fan of large open world, get lost for weeks type of adventure.

I loved this installment. I couldn't put it down, people where wondering where i was. The story was good, so was the game play. I found myself saying "one more achievement", which turned into hours.

This is a very big game. It's got a lot in it, from on foot fights and exploration to naval warfare. The game looks great and is really fun to play. Only issue is that it makes you stop at certain points. You have to complete some tasks or level up enough to actually move forward in the game. Aside from that, it's really good.

i only played AC 1 way back in ps3, and found it a bit boring to be honest, but decide to give this one a chance, and totally worth it,awesome game great graphics, nice story, its all good.!

I have had a love hate relationship with the assassins creed series. This game takes the refined combat from Origins and couples it with a bigger world and more inspired mission design. Definitely recommended

The game stays true to series with beautiful scenery, and storytelling. The action is plentiful, and the map is huge. The ability to choose a side, to change the way the world unfolds enhances the gameplay.

One of the better assassin's creed games. The open world is great and the combat is so fluid. I can see myself playing this game for a long time. Highly recommend.

The graphics are amazing. The sailing and greek landscape is a lot of fun. The personal story in Odyssey is well written and throws in some nice surprises from time to time. The combat system is okay.

Graphics and story are unreal. The choices you make determine your end fate. I loved black flag and this contains elements of that game as well. Would definitely recommend! Looks amazing on ps4 pro

Ive played every assassins creeds game and this is of the best Assassin creeds I've played. Graphics are sick. The map is BIG so story line is longer than the other games. Game was well Worth the wait.

Great game with many places to explore and to get lost in. Interesting main story line and with many side quests that can get distracted. Game is pretty big so you can easily spend many hours with.

I haven't had a chance to play the game for too long but so far it's great. The game play is amazing and the fact that it's much more of an open world than before with side quests is really cool.

Ubisoft did it again. I'll admit the controls had me fuming in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, its a really fun game. The rpg facet of the game adds an element of difficulty/

I left the AC series at Black Flag, too much sailing and not enough other things to keep me interested. But after hearing a lot of good reviews on Odyssey, I jumped back in. I am so thankful I did. This game is great. I like Greek Mythology, so the "historical" stuff is really fun and the game play is great. Is it a perfect game, no, there are some repetitive things, as all AC games have, and some weird animations at times, and who in the world can really follow the overall narrative of AC games anymore. But the game rises above all that and is a blast to play. My suggestion is play as Kassandra, she is wittier and more fun to play as than Alexios, he's boring.

I can't say that I've enjoyed all Assassin's Creed games in the past, especially when some of the locations and gameplay started to feel the same. Going into Odyssey I was starting to get burned out on the series. To say that I was blown away by the greatness of Odyssey is an understatement. The combat is improved, the visuals are stunning and the scope of the game is massive. I've been playing for weeks and I've only seen half the map and I'm still finding interesting quests. Even the ship combat is fun. Uncovering Cult members is a game in itself and the mercenary system is fun as well. This is probably my game of the year and I almost didn't play it due to burnout.

Best Assassin's Creed I have ever played. Tons to do and a better story than usual AC games. You will easily spend 50+ hours just exploring everything.

I've played quite a few assassin's creed games and this was easily my favorite. I really enjoyed the gameplay and feel it's the best the series has had. The story was solid as well.

I've never play an assassins creed game before but I decided to go all in on this one. The spartan stuff is cool and the combat, leveling skill, and graphics are great. The map is huge.

Bought this for my husband the day it came out. He hasn’t stopped playing yet. The graphics are amazing, parts of the game so far are a little harder then previous games but that’s fine

Fantastic game, great for newcomers and veterans alike. The story is great and the combat system is done very well. This is definitely in the top 2 games of the series for me.
