I may or may not have chosen this 13 inch because of a laptop case. However, it is by far the best laptop I have owned. Nice and light to carry around for work everyday. Speedy and the image is crystal clear.

Great laptop for basic portable needs, and has enough power to never stutter for all the basic tasks. Great screen with excellent thin bezels. Windows Hello facial camera works well. Comes with an Asus mini-dock which is a hub containing HDMI port, USB-A port and a bus power port for the hub (not required for basic things). Stylus works well and is accurate for tracking. I haven't used it yet for note taking. My only downside is that none of the USB-C ports have power delivery to charge the laptop! Such a downer to an otherwise excellent portable laptop.

Just purchased my laptop for the upcoming semester I love it. It's fast and light just what I was looking for. and with my student discount, the price was reasonable.

I purchased a new Asus Q326FA- B17T13, laptop on sale and noticed software issues not caused by Asus. When reported to Best Buy, they said to bring in the laptop before 14 day return policy expires. Once brought to store they confirmed appeared I was sold a returned or open box rather than a new unit. It should never happen but unfortunately it can happen. An exchange was handled professionally and ordered me a new unit. Asus laptop build quality is outstanding, specs intel quad core I7, 16gig memory, 250 gig solid state drive for price wow, unit did not get hot under load, be sure air slots not blocked, light, great keyboard, sharp display, long battery life, and super-fast wireless Speed. No negatives, only positive for Asus and Best Buy Service. When a problem arises, one finds out about a retailer, and Best Buy was great, and I will continue to buy from them.

I was looking for a laptop that was small, solid, easy to travel with, fit nicely on my lap and kept up with my small business needs. This fit the need for a decent price.

Bought for my college freshman. Hit all school requirements, lightweight cool 2 in 1. Only wish it had more USB connections. Will be buying the adapter

This laptop is great for the online student. Its lightweight and very easily portable. The only downside i see with this product is that if you need usb ports you have to keep your adapter with you because it only has usb c ports. Other than that it is a fast system and really makes discussion boards easy!

Absolutely wonderful, very portable. The battery life is around 8 hours (good enough for me). It is light and so fast! Very recommended

I really like the size of the laptop because I travel often. It's super light and easy to work on while on the go. I have had it for a few months unfortunately my speakers seemed to have blown recently but other than that, very fast and capable little laptop.

I have enjoyed my new laptop. The 2in1 has been a learning curve for me. I could not get it out of tablet mode. But it was all my error. So far no problems except for trying to video chat on Facebook. But geek squad updated the drivers and problem solved.

This is a great unit, at a fantastic price, for my granddaughter going off to college. Lightweight, fast processor, 16gb of memory, solid state drive, etc. She was leaning towards a Mac but she got so much more with this unit at a much lower price and is glad she got this one. I've personally had an Asus with 32gb of memory for over 5 years and it's still running great and handling all my work demands effortlessly.

Good wifi, light weight, fast speed for starter (10 seconds to start the laptop). Only thing not good is heat up really fast, so you may need a fan for it. Over all this is a good product for document, watching video, and travel.

Great performance. Life battery could behave better though. I didn't last more than 5h on a long flight. Maybe I'll have to make the screen darker or lower the resolution.

I consider this one of the best computer purchases I have ever made. It's compact, light weight, easy to travel with in my backpack. I love that it has a touch-screen; now, sometimes it is fumble-city when I go back to my other non-touch-screen computers. I wanted a laptop in the 12"-13" range, and this one is a winner.

My daughter is using it for college and loves the size, weight and speed.

Fast and thin, easy to use, I use it in the office, good for work.

Two of the features I was looking for were a long battery life and lightweight since I carry my laptop every where. So many features to explore and learn about. I like the tablet mode too.

First new laptop since 2008! LOVE it! Extremely fast, excellent graphics, SUPER Lightweight (2.7 lbs.) & slimline! Perfect for traveling. I don't do much besides web surfing, social media, saving photos, & Excel spreadsheets so it is more than enough for me! I'm happy with my purchase! Especially since I got on sale for $899 ($200 discount!)
