I bought this laptop for work. I am a software developer. I was disappointed when I started the thing up and there were dead pixels on the screen. I took it back the next day.

This is a decent laptop for the money. The only major issue is the low quality battery.

Pros: The materials are really high quality. Very sturdy hinges. Cons: the rubber feet/stands are really thin and slippery. The only vents are on the bottom, so if you use it in bed it will overheat easily. The display could be brighter, it's really hard to see the screen outside.

bought this asus laptop for school. small and compact, good looking, great performance. my old Dell is 8 years old, upgraded and working flawlessly. but is big and heavy like a brick. i decided to replace it with this asus, that i use it just for school - no games, no videos, no social media. just homework, assignments and zoom classes. right after the warranty expired, i start having problems with keyboard. first, just some keys were not working (1, 2, q,a, z). after few days, the half left stopped working. and the "backspace" key stopped working 2 days ago. i tried all methods suggested by asus. reinstalled bios, reinstall driver, reinstall windows.... nothing. keys are not working. very disappointed, after i spent $1100. its useless now. spending all that money for 1 year.....i dont know what to do.... obviously, i will go back to my dell (i am using it now to write this review). and never another asus.

This is a great laptop that I have been using for over a year! Great performance as it boots up in seconds due to the m.2 drive, not the best for gaming but still can handle basic games. Overall amazing for work and travel as it is very slim and light to carry.

It’s a great computer with a good battery life and sturdy structure and sleek look! I am glad I made the purchase and very much enjoying it :)

Really loved it,but day 3 after on for half hour got very hot,and battery was burning,returned

Perfect size. Crystal clear touchscreen, super fast i7 processor, 16gb ram and back lit keyboard! Love it! Also, facial recognition is a nice feature as well as the tablet mode.. Quick startup. No issues with overheating. I'm just very happy with this laptop.

I bought this laptop because I thought it had great specs, but I started facing issues a couple of months in. First faced an issue after using it for 8 months when it just shut down and didn't come back on again. Luckily Best Buy's 1 year warranty let me give it in for a repair. 3 months later just after my 1-year is done, the laptop's Wifi and Bluetooth drivers go bust and leave me unable to connect my device. This is definitely not meant to be your primary laptop and not worth buying in retrospect. Customer service was repetitive with solutions which aren't very customer-friendly (asking me to give my laptop in for weeks). Do yourself a favor and buy a name-brand for a couple of $ more, than go through the hassle of spending days speaking with Asus' not-very-helpful customer support.

I like the machine for its versatility and ease to use.

I decided to purchase this computer because Best Buy was having a great sale on it. I had previously purchased it's little brother, which was a great computer, but I wanted a little more umph, so I decided to return it, and then purchase this device. As soon as I turned the device on, and created a new profile, the computer started to overheat. I had read the previous reviews and was hoping that maybe I wouldn't have the same experience as some others, but unfortunately I did. I followed some of the steps in the articles regarding upgrading the drivers and it still didn't fix the issue. I returned this computer the same-day that I purchased it. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this computer, until this issue has been resolved.

This ASUS two-in-one has everything I need, was comparable to higher priced models with a nice trim and came at a discount of hundreds of dollars. I'm very glad I made the purchase when I did!

Brought this for husband for Christmas. He loves it, he gives the computer a 5 star rating and states it’s very easy to use. I purchased the extended warranty, but have not had to use it.
