Asus seems to be built better than other laptops on the market. bought this for my child and she loves it. I hope that this one will last longer than her other laptops.

This product works perfectly great after years of using it. I recommend buying asus laptop for both personal and professional use.

The LCD screen malfunctioned in less than 4 months of purchase and developed a hairline crack that made the laptop unusable. Sent it back to Asus for warranty repair and they said it has been damaged (which it was not) and I've been given a quote that is 50% of the cost of the laptop. Outside of that it keeps running out HDD space. Those two issues set aside, this laptop is fine. But they are major issues and Asus Support is not willing to budge or do warranty support like they should be willing to for issues with their devices. When you add the $400+ or so I needed to pay on top of the purchase price for the malfunctioned device it is not fair value any more. You can find better laptops at that combined price without the hassle of being wihtout a laptop for a month.

I love everything about this computer. It does exactly what I need it to. Works perfectly with my docking station and both of my secondary screens

Small for travel, but big in productivity.... Purchased it so I had a smaller 2 in 1 laptop for travel, but use the larger ASUS at home and work.

So far I am really happy with this laptop. I switched from a macbook and this is less than half the cost for the same hardware and its a 2:1.

I have never had a computer with so many driver problems. My speakers stop working most times I use them. Printers I had used for months stopped working after an update and all drivers had to be uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Recently the left side of my keyboard stopped working after a Windows update. The stylus stopped working. I put in new batteries, and it still won't work. I like the large memory and relatively fast processing. It's great for working with large data sets. But I would have been better off paying more for a computer with the same specs but more reliable basic functionality (like speakers and a keyboard).

Definitely worth the money, wish it charged via usbc, it's pretty powerful computer for the size and comes with a stylus and hub aswell.

I have had several Laptops in the past but I am impressed with all the features offered. Very happy with my purchase.

This product seems to be a great deal on i7 with just 1099 price. But actually this chip is not working efficiently on this nightmare cooling system. The fan is even louder than my gaming laptop(which is also ASUS). And the temperature is still unendurable for daily operating, even you are not a heavy cpu user.
