After less than 6 months! I lost internet connection and screen broke without any physical interaction. The touch doesnot work anymore. When I try to contact ASUS support team, I never hear back from because of the COVID situation and they say it would cost half the price for the repair.

This is my fourth ASUS laptop in about 6+ years. I was quite satisfied with each of my previous laptops until I got to this one: (1) After a few months, the letter 'e' started to intermittently malfunction. Over time, the letter 'e' worked more and more infrequently. (2) Eventually, other keys started malfunctioning as well. (3) A few weeks ago, the touchpad stopped working entirely. (4) When I turn on my laptop, it continuously makes this irritating sound. This also started happening a few weeks ago. It looks like I'm going to have to shell out close to a grand for another laptop. I am surely not going to purchase another ASUS laptop.

I went through two laptops before tech support realized this line of ASUS laptops had a hardware issue. When starting up after shutting it down it would freeze and not start up

This laptop is probably the best value that is out there right now while it's on sale, but its still a very strong value at normal MSRP. This has virtually the same specs as the upcoming Zenbook Flip line which I suspect may be replacing this model. Design::: 4/5 Love the design and looks of this laptop, a lot of metal is used here, with minimal plastic. Asus prides themselves on being tough, and by the looks of this, I would feel pretty good if my laptop just fell off my desk or out of my backpack that it could survive. Thin bezels and great keyboard are excellent. I wish the display was a little brighter, but overall it's still very good. Hinges feel solid, and there isn't much screen wobble when you touch the screen despite being a fairly thin display. All modes of this 2-1 seem solid. Speakers sound really good as well for a laptop. Performance :::4/5 No reason to think this wouldn't be a top performer. It has the newest I7 which was just released 4Q 18, and its a modest improvement over the prev version of the 8th gen i7. However, I wouldn't expect that this machine will be able to effectively cool enough to not throttle under intensive workloads, ultrabooks weren't made for heavy gaming. Light gaming should be fine with the UHD 620 graphics card. Really would have liked to see even a 2gb graphics card, but the integrated is fine. Expected battery life I think will be good, but pretty average 5-7 hours of mixed use with these specs. Overall Value and Score::: 5/5 it's a great laptop. I expect the Zenbook Flip series to be more expensive than this model. It does add a few more features on the Zenbook model such as touchpad trackpad with number keys (configurable I believe), however, when the new model comes in, I don't know how long Asus will continue this model. Definitely the best value this season.

Purchased this laptop open-box because the price was too good to pass up ($636). Unfortunately, the screen flickered; and for this reason, I return it that same day. Very disappointing since the laptop's build quality and specs were great...

Trash computer, despite limited usage and great care, the computer will only work when plugged in, no longer functioning as a laptop. Avoid ASUS.

I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ASUS PRODUCTS. We constantly had issues with this laptop even Asus employees stated this asus laptop have numerous of problems

It lost the operating drive. Can’t be fixed or recovered

Very pleased with the Asus Q326FA after owning it for about a week. It is essentially a slightly tweaked version of the new fall 2018 Zenbook 13 and it's a fantastic value compared to the competition at it's price point. The laptop is incredibly small and lightweight yet has a very solid feel and build quality. The keyboard and track pad both still feel and work great even with such a small form factor and the Harman Kardan audio is above average for a thin and light laptop. The 1080p display is bright and beautiful and the IR Camera for facial recognition log in works great. It also comes with the Asus Pen and the Asus Mini Dock that adds another USB-C port, a USB 3.0 port, and an HDMI out port! The new i7 8565u processor and 16gb of ram have allowed this machine to breeze through all the tasks I have thrown at it so far which includes running multiple open browser tabs, Outlook, and multiple Microsoft office applications simultaneously, all while streaming music or audiobooks. I have also done some light gaming on it (Torchlight 2, Age of Empires 3, and King's Bounty) and while it runs the older titles fine, I would not expect it to do well with any AAA titles that have released in the last few years considering the integrated intel 620 UHD video card. Remember though, this wasn't meant to be a gaming machine! The battery life seems pretty good at around 8-9 hours for me, though obviously that's going to vary greatly depending on what you are doing. All in all this is an excellent laptop and in my opinion is a great value in the 13" 2 in 1 ultraportable category!

This laptop has some top-notch specs and comes in a small yet powerful package. I've not had any issues with lackluster performance. In fact, it actually performs really well. My only gripe -- and the thing that concerns me about this laptop's longevity -- is the amount of heat this this generates. It seems to do a poor job of dissipating heat, and as a result, gets very hot to the touch (especially above the keyboard and on the bottom side of the machine). Not really sure what's causing this -- maybe the fans are not adequate for the CPU? Hopefully that's not the case, and ASUS is able to fix this with a software update. If anything changes, I will update my review.

I work 12+ hour days and need a laptop that can do multiple tasks without breaking a sweat - ASUS has been my go to for 7 years now. This is my second ASUS touchscreen - couldn't kill the last one-literally the keypad wore out before the laptop did. The battery life is a little concerning -had it about 6 months and battery life has gone down a little. Unless you work non-stop online while multi-tasking like I do, this is the laptop for you. I compared every model before I bought this one (and read less than positive reviews about the Asus lineup in between, so thank you to whoever wrote the great review and said "they're back"!!) I would buy this again - you can't go wrong. Touchscreen works like a dream (will never be without a touch screen) and love the iris scanner to log in..
