I was in need of a new lap top to replace a 6 year old one that had served its time. I read the reviews and specks on this model and have been a fan of Asus computers for years. I wanted a minimum of an Intel core i5 and a lighted key board. The Asus is a beautiful machine with more than enough memory and spead to handle any requirement I would ever have.

This laptop was purchased for graduate school. It definitely serves my basic needs. I haven't had much time to do other stuff besides schoolwork but so far I give it a great review

Hard to turn on. Button is hard to push in and you have to hold on but in to get computer started

I switched from a MacBook to this PC and it was the best decision. Easy to use functions.

Finally got around to getting a new laptop. Old one was +7 yrs and died. Works well no problems for personnel home use. But have not really put it to any performance tests yet.

I do have one issue the space bar is not working as it should. When I finish typing I have to go back and put in spaces between words. Need to bring it in and have had no time

This computer is fast and the 15" screen is very clear and I like that it "flips" to a tablet.

Power button is not easy to use. I have had issues with 2 different drivers not working. One I resolved with an update. the other .. a screen driver still crashes sometimes.

I loved my old computer but I couldn't find a battery that would hold a charge, it started blacking out and I knew I needed a new one. Originally, I purchased a different laptop from a different company but took it back after two days. I decided on this one and have loved it! Like my old laptop, it feels like it's mine and made for me. It does all and more! I can't think of a negative for this laptop!

Was a bit leery after reading some of the reviews, but we went ahead and purchased for my 16 year old daughter. She loves it! She can do homework and stream Netflix!!

I love my new computer. It processes quickly - is easy to use. It has everything I need.

I was very apprehensive about Windows 10, but so far the transition from Windows 7 has been quite easy. All the software I've loaded thus far has run smoothly with no errors or freeze ups. I still have to install my genealogy software and then migrate my extensive database, but am confident that all will go smoothly.

good laptop for office work and on the go. The screen is big enough to watch movie, but small enough to carry around

Was worried because i ran into a couple of hiccups during the set up but I'm defiantly not a tech person. But contacted Best Buy and they took care of me.

1st Asus Ive ever bought and I would definately recommend it. Very dependable.

Perfect laptop for college student or for personal use. Easy to use and setup.

I own two Asus desk tops and have not had any issues with them. I went to purchase a laptop I went with "top" technology of the 4k Toshiba. It was bad right out of the box. Returned it for the Asus and love it. Should have stayed with the Asus. Had Best Buy do the set up and it saved me a lot of time.

Powerful and fast, all you need in a laptop. Only issue is mouse sometimes moves while typing due do part of hand or piece of clothing touching pad

Powerful laptop, great for hard work and quick. I don't give it five stars because the keyboard sometimes becomes disable when isn't on tablet mode
