I am really enjoying my touch computer. The screen is big. Is very fast.

Just remember to change your settings to hybernation when closing, or you´ll find your battery drained.

Quick action and response. Huge storage. ASUS seems like Great Product.

Have deployed over 30 of these machines in the last year with very minimal problems. Would be 5 stars if Windows 10 Pro could come preinstalled.

Works well. Only problem it doesn't s it doesn't start up correctly most of the time. I have to force it to turn off then restart it.

Let me start by saying that I purchased an open box one so that may be the reason for my issues. Absolutely loved the look, feel, and layout of the laptop. Specs were great. Only issue I had was that the machine would randomly shut down and lock up. I restored windows to factory original and ran all of the updates and problem persisted. Like I said this may have been the result of buying a previously returned one.

This laptop flips to become a tablet. Love the portability.

My son loves this laptop for school work, etc. Easy to use!

Like everything about it still can't figure out how to do the keyboard on the side.

I guess I'm happy enough with the computer itself, although it has some quirks (especially the touch pad -- it's hard to distinguish between the right click and the left click, and it seems that you have to push unnecessarily hard in order to click at all) . But as far as service, forget it. I had a problem -- thought the computer had just stopped working. Took it back to Best Buy, and they wouldn't even talk to me because I hadn't purchased the (in my opinion) overpriced "Geek Squad" protection. Frustrated, I took it to a friend who told me right off that the battery was just discharged. Apparently, I had it plugged into a ground fault interrupter outlet that had been tripped, and the battery didn't recharge. It took my friend about 30 seconds to figure this out. But the guy at Best Buy just told me to contact the manufacturer. Which I did, and they told me to send it in. But I'm glad I didn't get around to it before talking to my friend, who doesn't even work in IT. Okay, that was a major vent, but seriously, I'd figure on adding 20% to the cost of anything purchased at Best Buy if you want any service at all.
