This computer was purchased for an pre-teen boy to use for gaming and school work. Meets those needs and more. Recommend the product.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter who is a college student. She had the same type for high school and we were very happy with it. It has exactly what she needs for her classes.

Excellent Laptop. Great storage very fast processor..The Help we had there was great. We do not know much about computers. But the associate at BestBuy.new his stuff.

My son-in-law recommended this brand and when I asked the salesman about his recommendation he also said Asus. The quality of the pictures, games and sound is outstanding.

My Asus laptop and WiFi booster work perfect together. I'm in hotels for 11 months of the year for work and so far even the worst Internet still works for my gaming needs!

There's nothing like an all metal computer, it beats the cheap plastic ones. This Asus appears to be well built. I only wish I had two, one for work and one for personal!

I have had no problems with the computer. Customer service was terrible though. I went to switch my Surface Pro in for a different computer because I was having trouble with it. It was still under warranty. I paid $599 for it, but they would only give me $499. They said the computer had depreciated. I didn't turn it in because I was tired of it. I turned in because I was having problems with it. The guys working the floor was nice, but the management was terrible. I will not buy anything else from there. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time, and just wanted someone to appreciate my loyalty.

The first one of these laptops I received had a faulty wifi adapter in it and it took many visits to the geek squad to figure it out. This is my second one and it seems to run slow, even with the high reviews

The moment i turned the laptop on to set it up, it already showed issues. This particular laptop was having problems connecting to the wireless internet. The connection is strong only at short distances (I would say about 20feet from the router). My other devices can easily connect to the internet, so I can say with certainty that the issue was with the laptop and not my internet. If you plan on setting the laptop next to your router or if you plan on having using an ethernet cord, this might be good for you. If you work wirelessly, you might need to find another laptop.

I like the look and operation of the computer and I bought it on recommendations of family members whom I trust and they were correct in their evaluations.

Works great and for the price it is awesome! Love that it is a lap top but also can be used as a tablet. Love this! Highly recommend it to PC users

Still working on getting to know my computer. Happily it is lighter than my old one. Will know more in a couple of weeks. The computer is the Asus.

Very user friendly computer. Nice size for taking back and forth to school. Lightweight and has great size capacity for our teenagers needs.

This is a great little computer with good specs that can be used as a work notebook and a work or play tablet. Very happy with this purchase.

While I was super excited to find such power and storage at such a fantastic price; once I was able to put it through it's paces I found that the refurbishment still left a lot to be desired. This particular device ran super slow which it should not have. Even the tech who checked it when I returned it agreed that it wasn't functioning correctly. Unfortunate because I have a 6 year old ASUS laptop that has been superb and still works for me today. I will try again. I do think in general Asus performs. This one was just a lemon I guess.

Beginning my Doctorate. Needed some more horsepower than a tablet, but didn't need a gaming system. This laptop was right in the sweet spot.

For the money it's really a great machine for whayt I do. I really like it and I use it so much that I rely on it for business and pleasure.

This was purchased as a high school graduation gift. My daughter was leaving for college. She loved it!!!!!! It is perfect for her.
