Problems with sleep mode, the computer has to be hard reset to awake.

Freezes all the time. Too busy to return due to school work. Will take back to the store asap.

This is probably one of the worst buys I have ever made. The computer has to be turned off to come on even if it was in sleep mode. It takes a long time to start up and many times takes two or three times of turning it off and on to function. Another downfall, I loaded office and webroot on it and it took days to download...literally. It was a mistake to purchase this product.

Facebook freezes up often - check book does not continue to calculate

Good laptop. Kind of slower than I expected, but good overall

Went to store to purchase laptop for my son’s birthday which brand he had already picked out. The agent that assisted me that day recommended another one which he personally had and said it was much better, so I went with his advice. My son absolutely hates the computer and I contacted Best Buy to see if I could return it for the one that he wanted (a more expensive one!!!!) and was told I couldn’t because of the time frame – it was like 3 days over. I am extremely disappointed that it could not be returned. I wasn’t asking for my money back; I just wanted to get the laptop which my son had initially asked for. So the agent’s there get a commission recommending an item that now I’m stuck with and my son absolutely hates. I am a very unsatisfied customer!!!!!!

After shopping for a year and listening to the rep tell me this is a great laptop,.....here we are. I'm writing this review on my iPad because my 2 week old laptop is too slow to even keep up with my typing. It freezes up constantly, takes forever to boot up and can't pull its figuratively out of the mud. Extremely unhappy with Best Buy right now.

Good computer. But the keys need improvement on sensory.

I bought this 4 months ago for my photography. After downloading photoshop and all of my pictures it stopped working. It freezes constantly and I'm always restarting it. It is awful for multitasking and never does what you want it to do. I haven't downloaded anything other than photoshop and I wouldn't be able to if I tried because it freezes before I can do anything. When I bought this the man told me I would be able to use the touch screen for Photoshop. But I later learned that photoshop does not work with touch screens. Very disappointed in the service I got and the quality of this computer. Thought I was getting a good deal but I will be returning this and purchasing a Mac like I should've in the first place.
