Computer has all that I need. It is nice that it can be used as a tablet as well.

We bought this for our son, but I also use it. We all love the touch screen.

Very responsive, fast, and user friendly. Setup was a breeze. So far on the first month I am happy.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. My only complaint is the location of the power button. I keep hitting it accidentally when i move the lap top. For the most part it runs fine. Window sometimes slows everything down, but overall great for school and work. I haven’t done anything super high tech, so I can’t speak to bandwidth, performance, or streaming.

My first touch screen laptop. Takes getting used to after having regular laptops. But loving it!!

I have been using laptops for work and at home for decades. This Asus gives me everything I need. Quick boot up, fingerprint ID that is quick to get me going. Clear picture. I use mostly word processing, Excel, emails and online research. This computer is easy to use at my desk on or my lap. As a two-in-one I have not used the tablet function much, but I enjoyed it when I did.

Have always and good luck with ASUS so got this one after I dropped the last one and destroyed it. Just before it died I had done a system backup with Macrium so getting back to original was easy. Ordered the ASUS recovery flash drive, installed the M.2 SSD drive and reflashed. The recovery put the system on the SSD and Macrium restored the "C" drive. Used Macrium to restore the old D drive to the new SATA drive.

We bought this laptop for my wife and she loves it. It’s easy to use and lightweight too.

Nice laptop for the money. Haven't truly tested yet. But so far so good.

Win 10 is a bit of a "learning curve". The ASUS laptop has a few idiosyncrasies of its own; for example, the power switch is small and on the side of the unit (awkward). I had to purchase additional USB ports because it came with only 2. I also needed to purchase an external CD drive. All told, the unit is OK and with these modifications, suits my purposes.

I love this laptop. It’s got a great screen easy to use and fast. Love the touch screen.

The open box latop was scratched but other than that works great and even better price

This 2 in 1 is well worth the inexpensive price paid. The only complaint is everytime there is an update the computer takes longer time before it is ready to operate. This is especially frustrating when I just need to get on to do a quick activity. When I first got it I could log on and off quickly. Why all the stinking updates? They kill the speed.
