Since it was several years old, I decided to purchase a new one, rather than just replace the keyboard. I'm certainly glad I did. The Asus was recommended by the salesman in the computer department. I have been very pleased with the ease of use, the features available, plus the fact that it can also be used as a tablet. I would recommend this product.

Asus Laptop

And while it is a nice model, I am not in love with it though. The keyboard has backlights but the keys are very hard to see as the letters are pale. Maybe for younger eyes they would be fine I do like it but I wish the keys were easier to see.

terrific laptop

My only complaints are that the keys on the keyboard are spaced strangely and the decimal point for the calculator Keys is in the upper right hand corner instead of lower right-hand corner. That is just insane
