I’ve only used it for homework and internet for college for 3 months and it’s starting to freeze and shut off on its own I don’t know if it’s defected or what?

Fantastic laptop

I did hours of research to purchase my husband a laptop. Once I went to the store to check out the 3 finalists, the Asus was a no brainer. I would rather have this awesome laptop than any other. Got a great price also. If you want quality, spend slightly more and purchase this.

I use it mainly for editing my photos with Lightroom and Photoshop. It has no problem keeping up. I also purchased a Bamboo pen with this laptop and it works amazing with tbis laptop. I originally thought I was gonna purchase a Surface Pro but i feel this purchase was much better for my money.

The good and bad lemon

The fingerprint scanner did not work, the fliplock software for the 2-in-1 didn’t work and the computer lagged. Return for an exchange and as of now everything seems to be working as it should (fingers crossed!).

Great laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This has been a great laptop so far, although the 1 TB HDD is slow and so I would definitely recommend adding an SSD drive into the M.2 SATA slot and installing Windows on that drive and booting from there. Then you can just make the original 1 TB HDD your backup storage drive. But overall, it's been a fantastic laptop!

A good general purpose laptop

The mechanical HD is slow to load, but once everything is up and running, the computer is fast and a solid work machine for every day use.
