I bought this laptop for my son. It has a nice screen display and it easy for him to use. The only issue we have is the start up time it take when you turn on the laptop. Maybe some tweaking with the programs can fix this.

As a teacher I have a lot of files and documents and this computer works really fast with multiple documents open. Sound is amazing, I was surprise how loud the music sounds. I totally recommend this computer.

The Windows program is a lot different than what I'm use to. The unit its self is very fast and compared to the computer I purchased ten years ago.

Love this computer. With all the RAM, I can actually run my publishing programs without issues. Touch screen isn't as great as I hoped.

Needed a new computer and the Geek Squad was very patient and helpful with me. I'm in my 50's and did not grow up with this technology so they were very good and explained things in a way that I could grasp.

I purchased this laptop a little over a year ago and it has served me well. Runs smooth. Great laptop on a budget that should fit most needs from office to school work.

Easy to use Lap Top. My only complaint is that my Email is too light. Can't find a place to enlarge the font and make it darker!!! Other than that, I'm Very Pleased. Excellent help from Best Buy Salesman.

ASUS is a very reputable company with user friendly graphics and interface. I previously purchased an ASUS desktop computer and have enjoyed it so much that I knew I would be satisfied with their laptop as well.

this was a gift for daughter-in-law to use for school, work and home. it appears to do everything that she wanted. it even turns into a tablet. although a git heavy for a tablet.

bought 5 months ago for my sons graduation. seems to work very well for him. no complaints. lil pricey but worth it if i don’t have to constantly battle with him over it

i love my asus laptop. It has a big screen however is very useful when i have to do my homeworks and check two pages at the time. SO FAR i have not had any problem. And the software goes very well

The 5400rpm drive is the only downfall. However it can be easily upgraded at anytime with ssd and it’s an awesome 2 in 1! Definitely recommend this machine for the price

Love this laptop!!!!! It’s so easy to use. Love that I can unlock it with a touch of my fingerprint!! It folds back as well!!! The price is well worth it!

Bought this for my son for college. It's performed more than expected. He absolutely loves the Microsoft Ink for note taking in class. Screen is sharp and computer is fast. Notebook fold is a plus.

Bought this laptop for my 92 y/o dad. The bigger screen has made it easier for him to see the things he was missing on his old smaller laptop. Price was also a factor in choosing this model.

This laptop is an excellent value for what you get. It is slow and bottlenecked with the mechanical spinning HD that it comes with, but if you upgrade it with an SSD, it is really fast.

Having the ability to go into a tablet mode is fantastic, plus a corded mouse still works fine. Battery life is a bit on the short side but still really good. 4/5

You can work in different programs at once and store a lot of projects and pictures without having to use a log in password thanks to the fingerprint reade.
