Am currently unable to use the laptop. IT is frozen. I do not know how to regularly get on internet. I have a cold and after recovery I will visit geek squad at store

I bought this computer for my oldest son to use at college and he liked it. So before my youngest son left for college this year we bought him the same computer.

Really cool being able to go tablet mode on flights! Got the big screen for movies and H/K sound through my headphones! Still not 100% on cloud features but the 1TB HD isn't even dented!!

I love it! I bought if for school and it works great! Very light, making it easier to carry around, not to big nor small. It works perfect for myself. I would recommend it for sure.

Needed a computer for my daughter to use Adobe Illustrator and this computer would serve as our new family computer. Had a very good salesperson also!

I mainly use this computer for email, excel spreadsheets and computer games. It has performed very well, is fast and after six months I have had no problems. So far I am very happy.

purchased the computer for the flexibility the laptop offers, and have found that to work as I wanted and need. Also for the Windows Ink usage which if find quite useful as well

Love this laptop, haven't experienced any issues. It does have a backlit keyboard, which the product page didn't indicate when I purchased it.

When I made the purchase it said it come with a 6 month internet secuirty. I never gotten it which it said it's free and included when you buy it. Lame.

This computer has provided for all my Ministerial $ Worship needs in music. I am able to use all my computer for TECH needs in church.

I have only had this for a few weeks. I am still learning but definitely love it. So much faster than my old one. The clarity of the screen is wonderful. Highly recommend it.

The keys o this computer feel nice - they have a good bounce to them. Have only had the computer a little while now but it is adequate for what I need.

I really like a lot about this laptop. Starts up pretty fast. I use Outlook, Word, and Excel mainly. Everything works great and runs smoothly. Only problem I’ve had is within the first 3 weeks the left speaker stopped working. I’ve tried updating the driver and reinstalling the driver to no avail. That’s the only reason for 3 stars and not 5. It has the Harman/Kardon speakers which sounded great for a laptop when it was new. Now just sounds awful.

I found out it was my power cord that was defective on my last laptop after I purchased my ASUS laptop. I like the features better on my ASUS laptop, so I'm glad that happened.

This computer was a great computer for the price point. I loved that it had a 10-key and had the ability to toggle between a tablet and laptop. It was a great buy for my home office!

My daughter bought this, but the touch pad went bad just the other day. Not Best Buy's fault, just disappointed with ASUS

the only flaw, the power button is on the side and easy to press when trying to move the machine, therefore turning it off in a computer brain crushing fashion

Bought this laptop, open box - satisfactory. It works like new, looks like new. Only thing I have notices was a scratch on the lid. It works great & I do recommend it.
