I do think its ridiculous how a laptop i bought in 2018 didnt come with the OS on an M.2 SSD. Seeing as the OS is stored on a Mechanical HDD its very slow. and the M.2 upgrade options are limitied. After installing a Crucial M.2 I was rewarded with the fact that it wasnt compatible, and no one really sold any that were. Best bet is to replace the HDD with a SSD.

Good 12GB RAM, i5 seems to drag when using Photoshop & LR. I'm not convinced on the 2-1n-1 concept. I have an iPad, why would I want to flip this laptop into an oversized, heavy tablet? I ended up returning this and purchasing an HP 15.6" laptop (not 2-in-1) touchscreen with 12GB RAM for almost $200 less and very happy with my purchase.

Reset it and it still isn't working. Have to type the passcode now to unlock computer. The keyboard is a little flimsy when typing on it. For the price wish it was of better quality. This is my first Asus laptop, it's not a bad computer, but feel it should of been a little better.
