I have computers four years older that work faster
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every computer I've ever owned has been an Asus. I love Asus computers. However this one is the biggest dud ever. I've already had to take it to the shop twice and I've only owned it since May. The speakers don't work, it's slower than molasse loading, battery life is horrible. It's a faulty computer. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who uses their computer for business because it's so unreliable and you never know when something might break.

Absolute Piece of Garbage

Thereafter the system was incredibly slow. I have had to restart 4 times today already...it is going back today. STAY AWAY FROM ASUS. As a further note, on my last ASUS the Solid State hard drive crapped out after 6 months. Upon its return, I will have to restore everything....alas STAY AWAY FROM ASUS

battery problem

Sh*tty return policy!

Do not buy this laptop

Tried to return it, but Best Buy will not take it back, so I have a long term relationship with the Geek Squad. Buy it if you like spending your free time getting it services.
