This is my first lap top and I am very satisfied with it.

Great product. Perfect screen size for using at home especially during Covid and having to zoom for meetings. Great price for this product. Would recommend for anyone using for home purposes.

Great computer . My daughter spilled coffee, and water many time. But it took another hit and letter p and number 4got hit this time. But touch screen was a great choice, Im still going to use it .

I really like this computer. It takes a bit to load up, which can beannoying, but once it's ready its quick and efficient for what i use it for; online research, light gaming and watching videos.

I'm not a gamer, but got this unit because it had the right kind of components that I was looking for. Overall, a very good computer with the right stuff. Fast and efficient and I'm sure it would be good for a gamer as well.

I love how fast and easy to use this laptop is, and the quality is really excellent. It's easy to switch between using the touch screen or the pad when selecting things. My only complaint is the location of the power button. Every time I shift the laptop (when it's in my lap) I end up hitting the power button because it's in the middle on the side right where you grip the computer. Aside from that, I LOVE this computer! I can run Photoshop, MS Office, MS Word, and Chrome all at the same time and there is NO lag. It takes about 60-75 seconds for Photoshop to open and a file to load, even while other programs are running.

Overall I’m enjoying this laptop. The touchscreen and trackpad work fine. The only problem is the laptop is slow to boot due the 5400 rpm hard drive.

I bought this 2-in-1 notebook on clearance and think I got a great buy. I'm still learning the Windows 10 OS but the specs for this machine are unbelievable for the price I paid. So far it seems to function well.

Purchased this for my son for his first year of college. So far, so good. Excellent battery life, screen quality and boot up time. He seems to like it but hasn't played with different configurations or touch screen yet.

Believe it or not, I bought TWO computers for our daughter's graduation. Both were Windows 10, both had 1 Tb of storage. This one was hands-down better! Even the voice recognition was more precise. Just buy it.

This laptop has an aluminum exterior case that is strong, lightweight, and makes it feel more light a much more expensive computer. This was on sale for a price that is hard to beat considering its capability.

I haven't had this very long but I do like it. This is the first one that I have bought that you can flip it over and turn it into a tablet. I like that the screen is big & it seems to work pretty fast.

I am in love with the computer. This touch screen has become my life. I am at work trying to use the screen as a touch screen, but of course, they're not. I had to recommend for new computers at work.

I’ve had this laptop for quite a while and I can definitely tell you that it’s overall a great laptop. CONS -it takes long for the laptop so start up when turning it on. -if you plan on using a fingerprint to log in, be prepared to try multiple times due to how small the reader is -it takes time to learn how to turn laptop off of tablet mode -when on the internet or writing papers, accidental page scrolling happens often. PROS -laptop holds battery well -Cortana voice feature easy to set up - basic photo editing very easy without additional apps. -number pad makes typing numbers so easy. -great graphics.

This is my first Asus laptop as I've had Toshiba and HP in the past. This Asus is fast and seems to do everything I need. I just wish it had a built in DVD drive instead of having to add one via a USB port.

Love this 2-in-1. Size is perfect for using as a laptop or tablet at work. Performance has been great. Office 365 works great on it and has enough memory for multi-tasking.

I bought this laptop for school because my previous laptop and desktop both froze and could not handle the large Adobe programs I am using for my graphic arts major courses. I was assured that this laptop could handle all of the programs I was using without lag or freezing, which was not the case. It did handle much better than my previous computers, but when crunch time came during finals, I had a few freezes and had to restart computer and contact the geek squad to tune it up, which took the better part of my day at the worst possible time. I was running more than 1 Adobe product, photoshop and illustrator, and working it pretty hard to say the least...but I did mention this to the salesperson at the time of purchase and was assured this would not be a problem. Overall, it has been a great general use laptop and is very nice looking and lightweight. I use the tablet feature only to watch videos or when I use as a second screen. The sound is pretty low if not using external bluetooth speaker or headphones, almost cant hear anything at all at times. Startup is extremely slow and I am planning to install a solid state drive like other reviews have recommended, which I hope will help. I would recommend this product if not using extensively for complex graphic design applications, or if running multiple at the same time. I would pay a little more and invest in a solid state drive and more RAM if I were to purchase again, if not a different computer altogether.
