I had almost 15 devices connected to this Asus router and the speed of the internet is still fast. Range is amazing. It has one 2.4 g and two 5 g connection, amazing for multiple devices to connect without causing lag.

Update to the asus ac5300. Am glad I did. We live in a townhouse with basement and upper and lower floors. This gives me strong coverage in all areas of my house. And even if outside within about a 1000 ft. Could not be happier. Well worth the money.

Setup is quick and it’s even faster!!! Gets great range so far! Covers my whole yard, which is close to 2 acres. Still trying to figure out some of the settings, but I don’t think it will be much of an issue.

Love this router! It's fast, has lots of features and way to set up. Extra stuff is pretty complicated including port forwarding but if you take the time and read up it's possible. Support from Asus is extensive.

The last ASUS router lasted 6 years, and still worked, I just wanted to upgrade my internet to higher speeds and needed a triband router. Always had problems with netgear equipment , never an issue with ASUS.

This is my second ASUS router. Like the last one that I now use out in the shop as an access point. Easy to set up reliable and lots of features. Coverage is better to!

I love this router. This can handle multiple devices flawlessly. I have 5 smartphone devices, a smart tv and gaming console going at the same with no lag or loss of connection. My internet speed is 400mbps and it maximizes it when everyone is connected. You can personalize your settings to your own liking. You can set a timer on each connected device to limit internet use. If you have kids you can limit their screen time. This is great for that also. Overall great product for the price. I got this a week before Black Friday on sale and the price went down even more on the actual Black Friday and they priced matched it still. Down fall for this for me is that they didn’t have it in stock at the store. Had to wait 2 weeks for it.

I have multiple computers in my place, several of which are dedicated workstations, and others that are dedicated gaming systems. This handles all of them simultaneously with no issues. It also can handle two Xbox Ones at the same time without any problems either. I love the QoS system. I only wish I went with the ROG version of this so I could have the 8 ethernet ports instead of just 4, but other than that, I am very pleased.

This has been a life saver where I once was not able to stream in our living room but a few hours a day even in such a small square footage. This has given such great coverage through our thick walls the only negative is I at times more often than before have to reboot the router. Also not sure if it has to do with the router but since I started using it I have each day to every other day had to have ISP reboot signal to modem as it is lost.

I tried several other premium routers before finally committing to this one and I'm very happy. Has the best features, great speed, and great user interface.

I was looking for a better router than the Comcast rented one. This router is great! Being Tir-band is really nice. I have all the smart devices in my house connected to the 2.4Ghz network then I split the two 5Ghz network between my streaming devices and other devices I'm using. The app to view what is connected and make changes is really easy to use. The web interface is even better. Lets you make a lot of changes and view more detail than the app. Coverage is great as well in our townhouse. This should help in the new house we are moving too as well.

Extremely powerful router. It's nice having a tri-band router when you have so many devices connected to the wifi. Looks pretty awesome too.

I am totally amazed with this router. It w as a little bigger than I expected but not by much. I plugged in the router and my computer immediately identified it. I went to the website provided on the card in the box and it walked me thru the easiest setup I've ever done. The router was up and functioning in less than 10 minutes. It puts out an incredibly strong signal. I'm now getting full WiFi bars on my tablet everywhere in the house.

Works very well. Flaming internet speed. Speed test went from 33 to 80 plus. The range is very good.

Very happy with this router hopefully it will last a long time. Speed and coverage are amazing.

Very stylish, very fast, great range, lots of options, The best router I've had so far. But also the most expensive.

When first installed, this router was significantly slower than the 8 year old router it replaced. After a firmware update, and placing the router on a higher shelf in my office, the speeds have dramatically increased and I'm seeing excellent results. This router is highly recommended, just make sure you have patience when setting it up.

Works excellent, looks cool, fast and easy setup, I recommend to everyone out there who needs a router.
