Bought this to slowly start my transition into PC gaming. Currently using it as my monitor for my PS4, so I haven't tapped its full potential. The monitor came safely packaged, with all cables (power cord, and DisplayPort cable). The menu interface is intuitive and easy to use. I like the red dot option, which may come in handy later. The adjustable height stand is amazing, and base actually has tick marks to keep your display as centered as possible if things like that bother you. I also like that you can turn the monitor sideways. Only downside of getting this product was that the box it came with was not discrete; so I was worried that it would get stolen since people could see the giant box with a picture of this nice monitor sitting on my porch when it was delivered. Overall I am extremely happy with the product.

I don't have other option than return it. I don't understand why BestBuy is doing this like amateur store.

Not a bad product disappointed with device though

At the store their can only return and re send instead of just providing the lack of cordage since they are standard cables. Not a bad product just wish that they could have handled it in store to save time and shipping.
