    This laptop is my second ASUS. The first died after 3 years - needs a new motherboard. The price on the new one went up $200 in 3 years which isn't good. The quality is fine - nothing has substantially changed which is good for me because I went from one to the other without having to relearn a whole new computer. It's a light weighted laptop so great for travel.

    This laptop not only fits in small bags, and has an oh so touchable screen, it also exudes a very soothing and romantic buzz or purr. At first I wasn't certain that I liked this invasive, somewhat mind contol-ish sort of feature, but after a couple weeks, the spark had returned to my marriage, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Asus!

    I wanted an alternative to the MS Surface Pro with a "real" keyboard and sufficient ports. This Asus model hits all those marks including a very nice keyboard, 2 USB 3.0 ports, a USB C (still don't know what I'll do with that), and HDMI. I didn't want to play with dongles, docks, or serial USB ports. So I can plug everything in I need, have a great screen, fast laptop, nice keyboard, and (so far) decent battery time. What I don't like is that the fan is loud. It was more noticeable when I was first installing and downloading (and heating up the laptop). Now it's background white noise, but definitely louder than my previous Asus. I usually work with music in the background, so it's not a BIG deal ... but it's a deal.

    I am really enjoying this machine. I had a Sony which I really enjoyed but I couldn't get it repaired so the money I got from the insurance I used to buy this one. Glad that I did. It is lighter than the Sony. What would make this machine better is if in tablet mode the keyboard was hidden like in the Sony
