Purchased primarily for price as a backup for travel and internet searches. Lightweight and performs as I expected. Would purchase again as it meets my needs.

I like the ease of the setup, the speed of the processor and the backllite keyboard. The battery seems to run down fasted than I expected. Overall a great laptop.

My fears of being able to find a laptop that met my specifications were unfounded. This is a great laptop, lightweight, easy to use and the great price was a bonus!

Got this laptop for my 8th grader and so far it works great. He is able to multi task with no issues with speed. Streams Netflix very nicely.

I am in love with my Asus!! It can be flipped back so I can use the touch screen as a tablet (still a computer), colors are bright, wireless card works great and the 12 gigs of memory can be upgraded to 16. At first I hated Win. 10 but now am used to it and really like most of it. I'm not certain yet if I like Microsoft Edge (browser) or not. I found Liz at my local Best Buy extremely helpful before I ordered online when it was on sale. One thing she reminded me of was the full number pad which I often use! Best Buy employees are great!

Everything about this computer is nice. Great case, great hinges for tablet mode, love the keyboard and touch pad, excellent processor and storage. Only drawback is the RAM expansion option: you can only change one RAM chip to improve the system, but at least both chips aren't soldered to the mainboard (cough, cough surface and macbook). One disappointing aspect of the unit is the new Wacom Pen that works with windows ink isn't supported on this unit, yet. But overall it's a very nice mid range laptop for a good price.

I'm not a very techy person but I wanted a computer that had plenty of storage and runs quickly. The main issue I've run into is that the apps don't open, so I've just had to go on the website for them. I haven't gotten it looked into yet so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if the computer is already being temperamental after 1 month

I was not only guided well by the rep at the store, for what I wanted. It actually turned out pretty good for my requirements

Great for college, good speed and storage nice screen

The Asus Q504UA is an excellent laptop slash tablet. It is very adaptable to many different needs. The Screen is big and very sharp, the processor seems to have good speed for movies. My only complaint if there was one is that the battery could be a little beefier in its run time. Other than that I have thoroughly enjoyed the unit.

This laptop is fully loaded for what I need in school and then some it plays movies perfect. Awesome screen that people around me compliment on all the time. Even plays lower end games in full graphics I haven't tried wow but I do play asphalt 8 on it all the time between classes when I have no homework to do. Tones of hard drive space ram and a nice quad core processor i5 7th gen got mine on closeout and open box for $460 out the door and it's still worth a lot more then that.

Got this for a client. I own a older model, I'm quite happy with. The keyboard feels amazing. The performance, I upgraded both systems to an SSD. Which is a recommended upgrade, I can't stand using a spinner as my main drive. Storage, sure, but not my OS. The ability to flip the keyboard over is surprisingly useful. Trying to show someone a document or even reading the document yourself. I would flip it to reduce the foot print if I was using an external keyboard and mouse.

So I had to buy a new computer because my computer crapped out. Had a 5 year old asus that was doing great until the last few years. Hard drive started going out so I made the decision to buy a new one. I'm amazed by this computer. The touchscreen is very responsive and the speeds are great. And what a great price for an i5 processor, 12gb of ram and 1Tb hard drive. I'm getting into some hardcore networking for school and this computer keeps up with no problems. A+ for ASUS

This computer is great. Easy to use and has Harmon kardon speakers installed. Touch screen and it folds all the way. The older version of ASUS doesn't do that.

This Asus laptop is better then I expected. The rotation of the screen to make a tablet is very nice although I haven't used it as a tablet that often. I use my laptop a lot for business reasons and it exceeds my expectations. Touch screen option is nice to combine it with regular key board typing. At first I was afraid that no disc option would be an issue but with an exterior disk extender. The laptop is not so heavy and still has a bigger screen and sharp image.

I bought this laptop as an "open box" item and was very pleased, however the hard drive was very loud (5400 rpm terabyte) and very slow! I upgraded to a ssd and added a 8 gig memory stick making it 16gb of ram. Now this puppy flies! in my opinion you have to upgrade this laptop to get the desired effect.

I absolutely love my ASUS. I got it open box for a couple hundred dollars cheaper which made me even happier. Although I usually get laptops with keyboard backlites, I don't at all mind that this one doesn't as the screen brightly illuminates the keyboard. Fast processor. Sleek slim design. Awesome purchase :)

I like the computer, but I am not at all pleased with the fact that you no longer can buy Microsoft Office. Now you have to RENT it, that is bull s___. This was not explained to us by the clerk. I left thinking that I bought the software and then find out I now will have to pay every year I use it. Guess it will be time to find some other software to use.

This has been a good laptop so far. Wishing I would have gotten the solid state drive instead. Startup is slower than I expected. Also the Harmon Kardon speakers don't put out enough volume. Other than that it is worth the price. The 2 -in-1 is great and the back light keys are a nice feature.

Purchased this as a gaming laptop for my son - he loves it! Speed and Versatility as he likes to say! He loves the speed of it, and likes that he can easily take it between homes.
