When the ASUS is working, it's a great laptop. But it does have some issues. There are times during startup when it just won't allow you to get to the sign-on screen. I end up having to shut it down again and try again later. Another issue is that I constantly get notices that various drivers are out of date. I signed up for some software that would update these drivers but it is a subscription that must be renewed. It seems that there should be a way to update these without having to pay.

This is my first time having a laptop. I've always had a PC and an iPad. I love the ease of using this laptop. Makes my life so much easier as far as teaching. It's fast and easy to maneuver through ! Easy to download the programs and easy to use the programs. Was able to transfer my pictures that I wanted on my laptop. Able to use my same printer that I had before. Windows is easy to use also. Recommend this laptop highly!!

We bought this for my wife. She is a Realtor and needs something fast with good amount of storage. This laptop does it all.

This is a great laptop for the price as long as you don't care about playing high end games. As a developer this laptop serves me great and is plenty fast enough. It's only issues come from having Windows 10 installed on it. That isn't this laptops issues though as it runs like a champ with zero issues with Linux. It's a Microsoft problem. It's a bit awkward to use it as a tablet , but great for presentations.

We purchased this as an open box at an amazing price. Sturdy and processor is fast. Easy to use and love the ability to use it as a tablet with the touchscreen.

I had my last Asus over 8 years which was on Windows 7, and after constant use, the recharge connector went bad. I love this laptop, even though it had Windows 10, it was easy to use and pickup the differences. My last laptop lasted so long and did so well I went to Best Buy and asked for another Asus, the salesperson said they were the better computers comparing them to Dell and HP. I love this one. I am very happy with my purchase. I haven't had any issues with it all. The touchscreen is a nice added bonus. The price was good. I like that this one had a full keyboard with the numbers available on the side. It has numerous usb ports. The display looks great. The laptop is lightweight and great for all of my needs.

This is my second ASUS and I am pleased to see that the product has many improvements over the previous ASUS that I have. It's faster and runs much cooler.

Purchase this laptop as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was an open box purchase. She has her own tax and insurance business and this laptop is use for her business. It is very lightweight so it is easy to carry. Also I like that fact that it is touch screen so when working with clients, it is easy for them to put in their information. Another plus, is the size of the screen is very visible.

We replaced our old PC with this one and I really like it. It is fast and I love the touch screen, although sometimes I forget it has that capability, it does what I need for my job (I am a teacher) and my husband loves that it has a number keypad.

This computer was more then i expected, works great, and still very fast for having a touch screen on it, watched a movie on it last night and was transferring files while video was playing and had no issues, pretty good product for the price

Our old laptop was over seven years old and with a bad sector in the hard drive. So, we were going to just replace the hard drive, but, when talking to the salesperson, we decided to purchase this computer. The salesperson said it would be up and running in ten seconds. Well, I think it's a little faster than that. It's a great upgrade and we enjoy the Windows 10 on it.

This is my 2nd Asus laptop. I loved my previous one and was hesitant on upgrading but I have not been disappointed. Fast speed & touch screen. Pros - fast speed, hard drive space, touch screen, keyboard backlight, number pad Cons - Can covert to a tablet but the keyboard is not removable which just makes it too big and bulky to be useful as a tablet.

I originally wanted and surface pro (too pricey). I settled on a Samsung. When I went in to the store, I realized that the Samsung was still a little too high on the budget. The sales rep (that I waited quite a while for since it was "black Friday") directed me to the Asus. I was a little worried because it is not a brand name that I am completely familiar with. I have a friend who is very intelligent and had an Asus Laptop when we were in a college class together. She had no complaints. I also had talked with my cousin who is technologically gifted. Also, with decent reviews. Well, it's been a month and so far so good. I like the ease of using the tablet but I like having the keyboard for typing. It's probably a good thing it is all in one piece or I would probably get frustrated of having so many parts to keep track of. Silly, but as I look next to me at the charger for this product as well as the charger for my cell phone, my beats are plugged in to the laptop/tablet, I think of the "wireless" and feel a little overwhelmed. The keyboard is smooth and not klunky. I did have a challenge getting used to the windows program because it has been a few years since I have been able to use a "real" computer. Charges quickly and I was able to upload pics from a memory card with ease.

Although I had troubles with customer service when ordering the correct laptop which was on sale, the computer is great. Not many problems with it, and it have had it for about a month now. I would definitely recommend if you are interested in a 360 laptop, as the touch screen is very convenient. The design of the laptop itself also looks very nice and sleek.

As a power user who develops programs, writes code, edits audio files and maintains web forums, I needed a machine with some muscle for at home and on the road and this ASUS was the answer. It responds quickly and it comes with plenty of disk space to meet my needs. I've had it for one month and I have loved it since day one. It has been a very good laptop to me!

This computer was purchased for my husband as a replacement for our old one. He likes it very much, it is easier to use and has the touch screen. The sales person was helpful in getting us what we were looking for.We wouldn't buy a computer anywhere else, you get Geek squad with it. That is worth a lot if you need help of any kind with your computer.

I love this computer. Had a old Asus, it was great and really didn't want to upgrade. My husband bought a Toshiba and I hated it. Went back to my old Asus for another year. Finally talked him into this one and it is fantastic! I am a teacher and my life is on this computer. It is fast, easy to use, videos are great, and the Touch screen is awesome!
