I love this computer. It is lightweight and very manageable. It was easy to learn and battery life on a charge is longer than expected.

I've had the ASUS for a month and, so far, I love it. My old HP and Dell laptops were okay, but the frame of the HP cracked at the hinge and the Dell's monitor tore away from the keyboard...plastic defects. I do NOT treat my laptops roughly. The materials were cheap and the designs were awful. The Asus has an all-aluminum case with METAL HINGES. The Asus is also a notebook; a truly cool product. I can't see anyone finding fault with its materials and design. The programs can go wonky at any time, but so far, so good.

Sleek, light weight, and does everything I need it to do and more. Easy to use, great for someone with limited computer experience.

I have been very happy since day one...Its my secondary laptop that handles even the heaviest applications with ease without over heating or slowing down. The flip over tablet mode is great for photo editing and any kind of art work you would like to do with a stylist. If you get the itch to play even a triple A title game it can handle that too! Compared to other brands with the same hardware specs its the best deal for the money. Its built very well, feels very sturdy and durable.

Purchased this laptop for college use, and mainly for the 10-key pad. I have been using now for 5 months and I needed something reliable, quick, and functional yet nothing too overpriced for my budget. I purchased on sale $699 which i thought was a good price for the memory, 1 TB hard drive and i5core. I dont really use the touchscreen/tablet function so I can not comment on it. On my spare time, I use the laptop for gaming and have not had any issues, it has been good with graphics and running software.

My laptop croaked suddenly and I needed to do something quick. I remote in for work often and needed to get another laptop quickly. I looked at several others and at other places. Then I looked at BestBuy and this one was in their weekly flier. It had been looking something similar, but with an i7 processor. I decided on this and I'm not at all sorry. It has more speed than I really need, and so many features that I need. It has been a great machine. It's portable enough that I carry it instead of my iPod.

I really like this 2N1 laptop and it works very well. It does have some bloatware on, but what laptop now a days doesn't. I need a gigabit ethernet port and it should come with Windows 10 Pro instead of Windows 10 Home. All in all it is a well designed, well made, and sturdy laptop. I will get another one for my wife.

This laptop is plenty fast, has an amazing screen, it's light enough to easily carry in a backpack, I would highly recommend!!

We originally were buying this computer for my husband. I ended up keeping the computer instead and getting rid of my other laptop. I absolutely love the touch screen, graphics, and processing time. I use the computer for streaming Netflix, surfing the web, and classroom work.

The touch screen is a welcome addition to my computer world. Windows 10 is not. If there were another alternative other the more expensive Apple machines, I'm sure most would take it. (although I've never used an Apple machine) The Geek Squad saved our day! Without them I'm sure we'd still be fumbling with our new machine.
