Good computer for office work like excel and word. Processer slowed down when I downloaded several apps but when I took them off it corrected itself.

2 in 1 Asus laptop. I like the design, especially the hinges. Works well both in laptop and tablet mode. Would highly recommend this 2 in 1 laptop.

I recently purchased this PC in store because it was on sale and I thought it seemed like a good deal. While it comes packed with newer hardware, it isn't all exactly what it appears to be. The graphics card is sub-par for a newer generation GeForce GTX and isn't widely recognized. The processor is only a dual core so it doesn't pack much power. If you're looking at light use for school or work, it'll work just fine but don't plan on much more than that.

my go to place for any electronics is always Best Buy-sales personnel are very knowledgeable. My husband and I have two other Asus computers at home and this one will be for my office. I like the keyboard-just prominent enough for easy typing and the screen is great too.

It's a good laptop, don't get me wrong, but the external sub does not work and from what I've read this is a problem. I bought it to run design software for my company and I have to say my HP with a Intel i3 is just as fast. Not sure how much they have running in the BG but this thing should fly. I might add I NEVER use it for web so no virus possibilities. If I didn't get it for nearly half the usual cost for new I would have returned it.

I have enjoyed this computer, however, it is not as fast as I had expected. Using it for photo editing but it is a little slower than my Mac.

I bought it and was impressed with the speed. The only problem was that it was getting heated quickly.

I like this computer, keyboard and track pad is comfortable to use. Sound not so good because speakers underneath. I got a dinky external speaker with purchase, now I know why. I still have to put something under it to lift the laptop to get clear sound for music or movies. The gun metal color housing holds fingerprints and shows dirt. Glitches immediately, Had to bring back for a fix after loading software.. Seems okay now but still new.

Got the previous model for my granddaughter's high school graduation present, and through her raves about the product during her freshman college year I decided that when it was time to replace my 7 year old laptop that the Asus upgrade would be the one.

I read that asus was the #2 for music and entertainment and just overal creative person. But it’s very very very slow!!!

So far I haven't had any mechanical issues with this laptop. I do not like that it doesn't possess a disk drive and I have to pay for a subscription to do basic photo editing. My previous two Asus laptops provided both of these features. I cannot even look at photos unless I purchase the photo app that is preinstalled. The only reason I am not recommending this product is because of the price and lack of basic features.

Setup for the laptop and Windows 10 takes a while. Bootup time seems excessive for a new computer. The integrated mouse doesn't have separate left- and right-click buttons and is very sensitive. Several times when clicking, the cursor moves so you either select an adjacent link, or it moves off the desired link. Almost makes me want to buy a conventional mouse. Haven't used the touch screen much yet, so no real opinion there.

First one was all glitchy and slow. Took it right back and got a diff one that was flawless. Added an m.2 SSD and it was blazing.

Very good laptop. Sometimes the memory lags & it shouldnt but other than that it does everything that I need it to.

This laptop is fast and keeps up with my college student with multiple screens open and even video chatting for interviewing.

I love it. It works perfect for what I need it for (to play the Sims games). Its nice and thin and I looooove the tablet part of it. I couldn't get a tablet because it wouldn't support those games but this laptop has it all in one.

I have long been a fan of ASUS laptops and bought 3 of these for our office. They have to date not let us down one bit. One has 8 peripherals hooked up to it and been on 24/7 for weeks now and has not given us a single problem.

This computer has a great touch screen, however, it does not have CD-DVD driver.

Chrome keeps freezing up otherwise awesome laptop. Sales person very friendly abd took time with me for my chose.

I picked this up for my gf and she loves it. Loves the ability to flip it and use as a touchscreen. The keyboard is great and she's really starting to get used to Windows 10 and enjoying it and all of the apps available.
