    Within the first two weeks, the hard drive failed. Best Buy sent the laptop out to have the hardrive replaced. I get it back, and all of a sudden it has a new problem...the screen keeps flickering. I go back to Best Buy and the guy uninstalls and reinstalls the touch screen software...still, the screen flickers. Now I have to go back to Best Buy AGAIN to see what happens next. Purchased about 6 weeks ago and I've barely been able to use it because of the issues.

    Got it for $599. Fot that price it's a steal. Has everything that anyone would ask for. Battery life is average. The screen has glare.

    Great multi purpose computer and I love that it has an ssd drive. That is the way to go for speed and not yet available at this price.

    I opted for this computer over the hp with about the same specs because was bigger discount. But computer is slow and sometimes freezes and shouldnt with the size of processor and ram. The hp was a lot faster. I am not at all happy with this asus.

    After years depending on (no, making use of) magnetic tape, then "floppy discs", CDs and DVDs, functioning without them is difficult.

    Really like the laptop but had serious problem less than a month out of the box requiring me to be without the device for two weeks (had to send to service center for new motherboard). No problems sense but always worried about failures now.
