So far so good with my new Asus, but because of all the bloatware and slow internet speeds (for some weird reason), I am regretting not spending the extra bucks and going with an Apple..

Salesperson wss great and gave good information so we had the facts before purchasing.

This PC is very slow at times. The USB ports are intermittent and there is no cat5 port. I will say with Dell from now on.

Had so many features great for college papers. Many features for righting papers.

My son purchased this laptop for college in July 2017. By end of January 2018, he was having hardware issues. Sent the laptop to Asus for repair TWICE and they still didn’t fix the problem. They have offered to replace it wth another laptop - it’s been 2 weeks and they have no update as to when the replacement laptop will be sent out. They don’t even offer an extended warranty on the replacement laptop so if he has any issues with what they give him, he’s stuck with it. If they stood by their products, they would offer it, but they don’t. Their customer service is awful. You might as well talk to the wall. The wall cares more about you than Asus does. Will never buy or recommend them EVER! Has been two months of h*ll and it continues in April with no end in sight. My son will finish the spring semester before he has a laptop back from them. Sad way to run a business. They couldn’t make it more clear that the customer means nothing to them. And by the way, this is a $1,000 laptop. Not a cheap purchase for a college student and they continue to do nothing to expedite the process. They just don’t care. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.

Lots of memory but few programs on it. My Go PRO App just spins most of the time.
