A Good computer when it worked. It is in for the second repair.This time Asus is to replace the hard drive. I first took it to Geek Squad still under warranty. I was told that it was probably Windows causing the problem.I was told I need to buy a warranty from them for $199. Geek Squad has looked at things before and has been very helpful, not this time. Asus is waiting for a hard drive. I hope it gets fixed, but not holding my breath.I first bad computer in over 20 years. I guess that is what I get for trying a different brand.

After about 5 months with this laptop the hinge broke and when the hinge broke the stiff hinge cracked the screen so I replaced the hinge and screen . Then after I had to replace the back case since the hinge ripped out of the back case. Then charging port wouldn't work anymore. The repairs for this laptop were too much and time consuming never again I do not recommend.

I bought this computer so I can play games and do work at school. After I bought it one of the hinges became loose I asked the person who sold it to me and he said it would be fine. The hinge was loose and it put a lot of pressure on the computer screen and last night I closed my laptop and it cracked by the hinge

I bought this computer 10 days ago from Best Buy. Since then it has frozen twice, crashed once, and is very very slow to start. The start button is annoyingly place at the side, and you really need the subwoofer for decent sound.This is my first and last Asus-would recommend HP Spectre or Dell over this costly lemon.

I got sold by the Best Buy tech to buy this garbage computer, the switch between tablet and computer mode is horrible. After one month, because I switched it from computer to tablet mode and then, tried to switch back now the mouse doesn't work. I reset the computer, computer won't turn back on. It's a horrible waste of money to have this thing in your life. It's confusing and has no structure to walk you through all its features and how it works. I had to download iTunes 5 times before it actually stayed on the desktop of the computer and even then when I plug my phone into the computer, it forces you to try and sync your phone with their garbage windows setting, instead of ITunes. Overall having this for a month was a nightmare and I can't image using this for years. Do yourself a favor and avoid this computer at ALL COST. It's a waste of 1000 dollars.

Shortly after purchasing this computer a few of the keys stopped working and sent to Asus. The problem was repaired by installing a new keyboard. A week went by and the touchpad stopped working. Tech support told me to uninstall and install drivers; no luck and sent the computer back to ASUS for repair. Shortly after, my computer would not turn on and if was realized that the motherboard got damaged while installing the keyboard. I have never used the computer for a few weeks at a time and would never purchase another ASUS computer again.

I purchase this item online and picked up in store. The color was not as it said on the website it is silver. the computer as of 3 hours ago has not moved beyond the intro it seems to be stuck on just a moment loading screen. When I call BestBuy for help The Geek Squad was more than happy to tell me to just leave it on for the next 12 hours and it should work if not I can return it. So far this laptop has been a giant waste of money now after work I have to go to the store and attempt to get me money back

(Not responding) get used to seeing this. Nothing but problems from day 1. Constantly being the not responding message. That should never happen with the stats this computer has. My second Asus product that turned out to be inferior. Can't even describe how disappointed I am. Wish I would have returned it.

This is single handledly the worst computer I've ever purchased. I've had it crash on me four times, in which the technical experts say it's just a glitch and it happens. I've used minimal software on it but it still can't handle it. Don't not purchase!!!!
