I made the right choice. A great laptop this is put together right. It's cool and fun to use. Nice screen the resolution and contrast brightness is great. Nice keyboard and the mousepad is precise and fingers glide no stick. The details are really nice on this laptop. Almost want to buy one and not unbox it for a future investment because this G14 is that good.

The 2021 G14 is the best 14in Laptop I have ever come across. Perfect size for home or on the go. I am able to run all the games I play at high settings or above. The 144hz screen is a pleasure to look at for just about anything you do on this laptop. I have no complaints about this laptop and highly recommend this for anyone who is interested in getting one.

Good performance for the price, you can tune the fans to solve the over heat, little noisy when play, buts its ok.

Gets hot but for form factor amd power combo this is hard to beat. Played warzone and and used as a productivity laptop with no issues.

Everything was all in order. Screen perfect. Keypad perfect. Trackpad a lil clunky. My only problem wuth this machine is how hot it gets.

This laptop is worth the price in my opinion. It has a fast response time, plenty of space, and a high performance graphics card. Perfect for a gamer on the go or an editor. I do have to say though, the fans tended to kick on at random times, though not for long, but were loud enough to notice. It tended to get a bit warm on the bottom as well sometimes, but that is to be expected with such a high performance laptop. In the end, it is a high performance laptop with plenty of features to love.

This is an amazing laptop. The battery life and performance are excellent. Great laptop for college also.

I have no complaints about this laptop one month into owning it. It is blazing fast and the battery life is great.

I bought this laptop and returned it, went with the G15 with an RTX 3070 instead. The inch difference is not convincing enough for me to stick it out when that one was right there. The white top and silver everywhere else, except around the screen is black? Just feels like it wasn't well thought out. I thought it would be all white like on the G15. The Keyboard is excellent, I can type very quickly on it. It's a little bit "squishy" and doesn't have any sort of nice tactile feedback, but the quality feel of it otherwise is enough to overcome that. Also the keys are large, in a good way. The track pad is very high quality, but small. My personal preference is a larger one, like the one found on the G15. Of course, that is a larger device, the one on the G14 could have been a bit larger. The RTX 3060 is perfect for a 120hz 1080p screen, and the processor is great. The laptop runs pretty cool and as long as you put a slight preference on noise reduction, the whole thing runs very well and not too loud. The display panel is shockingly poor. This was probably my least favorite part of the laptop. The screen ghosting is abysmal. Maybe it was just mine, but I didn't like looking at it. Also, 1080p in this size of screen should be enough, but it looked "dated". I'm hoping they can remedy this in the next version. Overall, I can't complain. For the price, it's a home run for Asus. That being said, if the extra money doesn't bother you too much, I'd highly recommend the G15 instead.

I love this laptop. Very fast and great graphics. I bought it in a hurry as my old computer died on me so I didn't look at the size of it so was a little surprised by how small it was - but that's my own fault. It's perfect however as I can easily hang out on the couch with this laptop and play games while my daughter watches her cartoons. Grab a laptop table/cooler if you play games like I do though - this computer can get a bit warm if you're playing for an extended period of time!

Bought this for my son. He is enjoying it very much. Says that it's fast and loves the graphics.

The best laptop with high performance and small size. When you demand a lot, the temperature would be a problem.

Its performance is high but it makes a lot of noise.

Hard to believe this little laptop has more computing and gaming power than my last two desktop builds but here it is, doing things much better than the PC I built less than a year ago. Cons: There are not many. Heat, is still an issue, just like you would expect with a laptop, its not caused any gaming issues that I have noticed but placing a hand near the exhaust ducts or near the back where the power button is leaves little doubt it gets hot. Fans can be noisy when your system is in turbo mode, which makes sense, they are trying to cool it down. Documentation is lacking, I'm not sure exactly what features my new laptop has, but a few YouTube videos should fix that. Pros: As far as gaming laptops go its near perfect. Games look amazing on the 14" screen, I've yet to try it on an external monitor. Games like Horizon Dawn run flawlessly in ultra mode with all settings on. Multitasking is cake, as you would expect from one of the most powerful 8 core 16 thread mobile processors on the market. The fingerprint reader is well placed and works well. Voice commands work better than those on my desktop using a expensive external mic. The wifi connects easily in 2 and 5 ghz. For a menial amount of money you can pick up a USB C to Ethernet adapter that will allow you to connect at speeds up to 1gig. Its lightweight but sturdy, its been my experience that you have to sacrifice one or the other but not here.

5 of 5 stars* Solid gaming laptop. Nearing high end desk top levels and comes in a compact portable case. It feels like a quality piece of hardware in your hands and looks like it too. I did have to return the first one I bought since the wi-fi signal was weak. I'm guessing just a bad chip. But once I got the new one I've never looked back. Best impulse buy I've had in awhile.

The specs are great for gaming on the go, has great battery life and aesthetically pleasing to look at.

This Laptop has a great display 144 Hz. It runs very high graphic settings on Forza Horizon 5 and other games. The Keyboard has a backlight with some settings, the white light sets the mood of the Laptop. I do recommend you get a mouse because the mouse pad on the laptop is okay for browsing not gaming like any other laptop.

The Asus is tiny but mighty. I've been able to run pretty intensive games without any problems.
