This is a great laptop that can serve as a desktop equivalent using a docking station or a 34" widescreen like I am. it can serve in both modes given the powerful Ryzen 9 processor and Nvidia 30 series graphics. This is a very powerful laptop that can easily drive two monitors in hi-def. Only downside is no network port that is easily solved with a docking station or a USB-c network adapter.

Can it run. Call of duty: yes easy with great graphics and zero differeance in game play from my 3k desktop seriously surprised. fortnite with ease and pretty much any other game i have tried it kills. :) very happy. cons. unit runs warm. i purchased a laptop cooler as i game a lot.

Great laptop, fast, really compact, nice screen, amazing performance

It good laptop for sure. Come in a small form factor and it is somewhat light at around 4lb ish. But some design choice is just not great.. Like the two back exhaust pipe that blast hot air at the screen for example, im not a fan. Also, at stock settings, this thing can get super unbearable hot when you run multiple software on it, my recommend is look at youtube for some tweaking solution, for a little less heat( if you using this for school that is a must). No matter what you do It will still get really hot, at the top where power button is, and center of the keyboard when gaming though, but when you run game in window mode it slightly goes away. -the recent AMD chips are good, but usually they put out more heat than intel chip,And eat more power as well( that just my personal experience with AMD). I prefer intel, but there isn't much on intel team this year. - bought mine used, as long as there nothing wrong i don't mind. Right now what bother most is the heat on this, during just normal daily uses. Boot up time "eh" as well.

great on the go gaming laptop, small and portable. fast enough for my mmo

It’s a very good laptop for both school and gaming. I am able to play pc games and wrote essays. It has a decent battery life but in battery saver mode it can last you a good while. The only minor issue I have with it is that it can get somewhat hot when playing higher-demanding games but that can easily be countered with a cooling pad. Overall, a fantastic laptop.

Purchased this computer for video editing. I could not be happier with my purchase. I have 2 27 inch monitors, as well as a 50 inch display set up on it and the computer performs better than I hoped. I strongly recommend this computer if you are a gamer or work with programs that are graphic intents.

Compact, good looking, high quality build and great performance. I consider this a productivity machine before a gaming machine. Don't get me wrong, it has handled every game I've thrown at it (BF1, Halo:MCC, Forza Horizon 4, DQXI), at Ultra settings with 60+ FPS, but if you want even more gaming performance per cost maybe consider looking elsewhere. Personally this laptop is perfect for me because I needed it for school and work first, with light gaming on the side. It especially fit my needs because I commute to school and travel a lot for work so the small form factor makes it easy to pack. Some random extra notes: Like the 2020 Version, the laptop can get quite hot, but this is as expected from a Ryzen 9 CPU in this small of a chassis. Temps can be managed through regedit (I recommend visiting the ZephyrusG14 subreddit to learn more) or investing in a stand or even a cooler. It uses liquid metal thermal pasting. It fits in a lot of 13" laptop cases, despite being a 14" laptop. It comes with 1-month free Xbox Game pass.

It been a year since I bought this laptop. I can definitely say that this is one of the best computer that I own. I bought it originally because I read that it was 100% SRGB calibrated. The color is very accurate and run Photoshop and Lightroom better than my previous mac computer. Now I get to create art and game all in this one laptop.

Great laptop! More than keeps up with my gaming buddies’ desktops. The only thing I don’t like is that the keyboard gets uncomfortably warm at times, but after doing some research, it’s normal and nothing to really worry about. I’ve had the laptop for over a year now and it still runs and games like a champ.
