Was a great laptop but had a defective cpu in it so I replaced it was my new imac

Purchased this computer for video editing. I could not be happier with my purchase. I have 2 27 inch monitors, as well as a 50 inch display set up on it and the computer performs better than I hoped. I strongly recommend this computer if you are a gamer or work with programs that are graphic intents.

It been a year since I bought this laptop. I can definitely say that this is one of the best computer that I own. I bought it originally because I read that it was 100% SRGB calibrated. The color is very accurate and run Photoshop and Lightroom better than my previous mac computer. Now I get to create art and game all in this one laptop.

Compact, good looking, high quality build and great performance. I consider this a productivity machine before a gaming machine. Don't get me wrong, it has handled every game I've thrown at it (BF1, Halo:MCC, Forza Horizon 4, DQXI), at Ultra settings with 60+ FPS, but if you want even more gaming performance per cost maybe consider looking elsewhere. Personally this laptop is perfect for me because I needed it for school and work first, with light gaming on the side. It especially fit my needs because I commute to school and travel a lot for work so the small form factor makes it easy to pack. Some random extra notes: Like the 2020 Version, the laptop can get quite hot, but this is as expected from a Ryzen 9 CPU in this small of a chassis. Temps can be managed through regedit (I recommend visiting the ZephyrusG14 subreddit to learn more) or investing in a stand or even a cooler. It uses liquid metal thermal pasting. It fits in a lot of 13" laptop cases, despite being a 14" laptop. It comes with 1-month free Xbox Game pass.

Upon receiving this laptop all of my expectations were met. I had done the research and decided that this was the one more me and my needs. For months this laptop did its job exceptionally well. I wish I didn't have to report any negatives about this product. However, over the last 3 months its health and performance has decreased drastically. It has gotten to the point where I can't play even the least demanding games and videos often have visual lag and screen glitches. The only reason why It is not a 1 star from me is because I was very satisfied when it worked how it was supposed to. It's shocking to see this decline in performance considering I took very good care of it. Faulty individual product perhaps however use caution and maybe look elsewhere for a long-term solution.

Great laptop, super fast boot and load times. I've played flight simulator , gears 5 and fortnight on it. Graphics are amazing. Biggest concern is it get HOT while gaming, cpu tempa reach 90°C/ GPU 80°C. I ended up getting a cooling fan for it and it seemed to alleviate the hot temps by 20°C. Over all a great purchase, hopefully it lasts 5 years like my last ROG.

Very good overall, this laptop runs great and stays cool. The mouse I got also very effective and dose its job just great and the sleave fits my laptop perfectly. The staff are all wonderful, insightful and helpful. They answered all our questions and everyone was very pleasant to speak with.
