Pros: Great laptop for the price Doesn't run extremely hot (most amd laptops do) Cons: Had to reinstall ALL the software due to a glitch in their software and it bricked the laptop(if i didnt have knowledge on how to do this it qould have been impossible)

Get really hot during gaming

But during gaming it's gets extremely hot. A cooler with it cannot keep the heat down. I don't recommend this for gaming like Valor ant, gta5 of warzone. Works but get really hot

I'm sorry to hear that the unit is really hot during gaming. It is normal for the notebook, with the same hardware configuration and regardless of the manufacturer, to generate more heat than normal while under heavy load, especially during gaming, WINDOWS Update, and antivirus scan. When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full throttle. Please refer to the FAQ below. It has no issue pushing 280+ FPS on high setting games (while charging) even while unplugged it can still push a 60fps experience with no drops. this Laptop wont fail you and will be able to take on everything you throw at it.

I absolutely loved that laptop , I'm already in love with this one. I got this one just for longevity, I alp wanted a card with Ray tracing and DLSS support . This laptop is for three years . Don't like best buy selling me an "open -box satisfactory " without $80 charger and not informing me before purchase .

I did have a lot of issues with the display, and had to return it for repairs twice. Hopefully the issues are over. Nice internals. Laptop does not have an ethernet port and a webcam. Recommend the other model for a few hundred more

My first new laptop in 7 years so its a huge improvement over my last Asus. This Asus is blazing fast and does everything I need it too. Battery life is amazing and can play Crysis on high settings. Very worth the money and would definitely buy again and recommend it to everyone wanting a 14in gaming laptop.

My laptop turned out just fine despite the apparent QC issues. Main problem I have is that the white keyboard LED makes the keys invisible if they're on during the day. Games I run with no issues: >Apex Legends >League Of Legends >DOTA >Warzone (Must have graphics toned down because Warzone is a badly optimized game.)
