First, I have to be really impressed to give 5 stars. This comp is high quality and functions really nicely. Am I really impressed for $1500? Nah. Not disappointed though either.

Great laptop so far. Super sleek design and doesn’t get too hot. Fans can get a bit loud when gaming intensively but put on some headphones and voila. Best Buy was also able to price match this laptop for me which made it even better.

Here's the thing - when this laptop works, it works well. It is a little loud while it is running but that can be expected with any type of gaming system. It has a chunky retro feel on the inside with a sleek white design on the outside - which I love! With that being said here are my issues - After just 2 months of having the device, it started refusing to connect to the internet while displaying the error message "no driver found for network adapter". First of all, this was frustrating as the device had been working prior to this. Second of all, paying over $1k for a device to begin to have issues in less than 3 months is frustrating. I reached out to Best Buy and they directed me to ASUS. ASUS performed troubleshooting and stated that it was a hardware issue and Best Buy was responsible for repairing or replacing it. Scheduled a repair appointment and the guy got it working temporarily again, but it just happened chance that it started working after a bunch of restarts when in reality he didn't fix anything. Here we are - another 2 months or so later and I am having the SAME issue. I find it a bit ridiculous that this laptop was purchased 6 months ago and neither the manufacturer nor the retailer can do anything to fix or replace the device. SUPER FRUSTRATING! I recommend doing your research and finding a better device. If your heart is set on this one, purchase it from another retailer, or don't say I didn't warn ya!

This was purchased for my son. He loves it. The frame rates are excellent while running Halo. The software allows for a great deal of performance customizations. There's a reason why ASUS is recognized as a top brand.

Battery isnt as good as i wanted, not mearly as good and i dont use it for gaming which would drain even more battery. Wishing there was a better manual or a paper manual at all.

Great gaming laptop that is VR ready! I use it with my oculus quest, playing valorant, gta, and works with anygame. Even better if you can connect it to a monitor and use a seperate keyboard and mouse.

Fast and runs hot. The lack of webcam is a bit weird and the touch sensor to unlock is practically a 25 percent chance of working. Aside from that not bad.

Great laptop had no drivers installed when purchased since open box wasnt difficult to do myself but still has weird moments when cant see wifi till reboot it

This device is a BEAST... Throwing any game at it and it performs wonderfully, and also enables me to do lots of video editing, even in 4K - I plug this device at home on a dock and it replaces my high end desktop!

I absolutely love this computer. I'm not a tech expert on anything and this is my first gaming computer but the quality and graphics are a huge upgrade from my work computer. Plus the size is perfect for me. Not too bulky.

Bought the computer to edit videos. No product on hand at the store to view. No SD card reader built in. Otherwise great computer.

A very great option for portable gaming, great cooling and performance but poor battery life is to be expected with it's size. Still a great laptop otherwise.

My son picked out this computer because it has one of the fastest graphics cards on the market today and thus far it has exceeded his expectations. To beat it all the computer was at an awesome price. Thanks Best Buy.

I wanted something capable for video editing and some light gaming and i haven't been disappointed. Decent screen and great speakers, battery life is pretty great too.

This is the 1st gaming pc I've purchased in 10 years. This little laptop is more powerful than several desktops that my friends use.

The Laptop is amazing! My first ever gaming device other than Xbox. It runs GTA perfectly without any issues. The noise isn’t terrible in my opinion. I would definitely suggest to a friend.

This is presently my favorite gaming laptop. I like the combination of the AMD Ryzen 9 processor with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card. It provides the biggest bang for the buck we've experienced recently.

Pretty nice machine, decent performance but it's heavy and loud even by gaming machine standards. Peak brightness is pretty poor.

great! the only thing is it would have been nice to know if this laptop had the lighted outside cover. Apparently the higher end models of this laptop have it built in. But otherwise I am pleased with it so far.

So far so good. It feels very well built, quick and all you can expect about this laptop. I will be exposing it to more challenging applications, but in the meantime I can say I am very happy with this purchase.
