I have to use a Bluetooth speaker or my headset to hear anything. Works great for gaming. My phone speaker is louder. $1500 my volume should be better. Battery last of you are know have your profile set up to accommodate your gaming or browsing needs.

The computer looks and feels very nice, but i immediately noticed the speakers were making a popping noise whenever any sort of deep sound was being played through them. I decided i could live with it until i noticed the laptop would crash/freeze only after i shutdown whatever game i was running, i never had a problem in game which was very strange to me. I tried updating to the latest drivers and version of windows 10, but the problem persisted. i had to take it back and i ordered the g15 with the 3070 brand new. Hopefully i have better luck or else ill be buying a different brand of laptop.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, the speaker and stability issues you are experiencing with the laptop are random. Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage.
