    It started working fine and I still had some minor issues (a clicky sound on the fan, the trackpad feels misaligned and when turning up/down the volume with 3 fingers it went from 0 to 100 and from 100 to 0 in an instant) I was going to learn to live with these issues but sadly i got a blue screen of death while watching youtube and since then the rtx card is not recognized. I'm out of the country so I wont be able to return it until next month, so for now i have no money and no laptop.

    Great but Windows 10 could be an issue

    This particular one would not allow me to run any web browser other then Edge. Spent 4 hours btw Asus and Microsoft before Microsoft said, return this laptop we cannot figure this out. Best Buy was great about it.

    Amazing laptop but came defective. I paid 1600 for a laptop that came defected. I am glad best buy has a warranty and return service. I am going to be returning in exchange for another. Hope that one is not broken.

    Decent specs, bad screen ghosting

    Specs are decent, but screen has ghosting issue that makes playing high FPS games annoying, especially competitively. Returned as I couldn't get past that issue. Seems to be widespread in gaming laptops.

    This laptop will do what you need it to do but after a few months it may start having some problems. Overall it isn't bad but for the price you can get a much better computer.

    Online purchase...Unit delivered today DOA. Unboxed, plugged in, powered on. No image on display; no splash or bios, nothing at all. No signal to external monitor via HDMI either. Only Cortana's voice prompting me too choose a keyboard layout. This is my second purchase of the exact model laptop. First one was an in-store purchase for my son two months ago. That unit works great and is why I opted for another. I'm not even upset with Asus; sometimes you get a bad one, happens with any brand. My low rating is for Best Buy's terrible telephone customer service. They told me it would be taken care of immediately but then couldn't seem to process the return. Was on the phone for 40 minutes being told my patience was appreciated before line was disconnected. I call back, and after another 45 minutes on the phone waiting for the rep to make progress with placing a new order (we didn't even get to the return process), I finally gave up and told them that I had lost all confidence that they could complete the transaction and that I would return it to my nearest Best Buy location. After this customer service fiasco, I will absolutely make sure to go out of my way to avoid Best Buy. And I will spread the word! There are plenty of other retailers that sell quality laptops.

    It’s a gaming laptop, meant to be good for games right??? It overheats extremely fast. If your planning to use it for games then be prepared to upgrade cooling system.
