The laptop wasn't even optimized out of the box and all the benchmarks were incredible. As soon as all relevant updates and other software was installed this thing was chugging along cool, quiet, and efficiently.

Runs games smoothly and the noise isn't too loud. One small complaint is that it didn't come with the AniMe although it was my fault for not checking thoroughly.

Everything I need for school and gaming. Very nice and easy to set up. I would suggest it. Powerful and easy to carry with me in a backpack.

Love the system! Works great. It does heat up a lot if ur not careful, but if you are careful you can enjoy a beast of a system with no worries in the slightest. I love my G14.

for a compact little machine it packs all the higher end specs with the newest parts used to make this tiny laptop a competitive little beast especially for the price.

died after 3 years, GPU or motherboard it seems. Worked well up until that point, but poor serviceability is a huge drawback. The repair cost is more than the value of the computer at this point

So I have owned this for one day now and so far the experience has been awesome, the screen does have some ghosting but it really is not much of an issue and the heat output can get extreme at times, however that is expected for a laptop so powerful and the keyboard feels nice and has a very decent backlight, the display can be slightly dim however and I wouldn't recommend using it outdoors or in extremely bright environments, the performance from this laptop is very very good for the size and price and I would highly recommend it.

I purchased this computer earlier today and it is incredible. Everything runs smoothly and I really like the performance.

You will not find a better deal for the specs. I can run any game I want on ultra settings at at least 120+ fps.

I researched laptops for months with the help of my wife who has worked in IT for years and is studying computer engineering and a friend who has built multiple PCs. My wife and I both ended up deciding to purchase this laptop, and we both regret it now. We picked them up at the same time and were both so excited to finally have upgraded. That excitement lasted for maybe 5 months and then I started having issues. I am incredibly careful with this laptop. I don't download anything sketchy, I keep it clean, and I take amazing care of it, but about 5 months into owning it windows just completely stopped working. I couldn't search for files, factory reset, anything. No one I had look at it could figure out what was going on and geek squad said they had never seen anything like that happen. I ended up having to send it back to the manufacture for them to fix it. They did and I got it back and moved on. I figured it was a one-time deal and oh well. That was about 6 months ago and my Microsoft store still doesn't work, and on top of that it now kicks me off wifi anytime it goes to sleep and won't reconnect unless I restart it completely. I would love to say that I just got a defective product and that my wife's laptop is doing fine, but unfortunately, that is not the case. Recently her keyboard has stopped working completely. She did some digging and believes her drivers are corrupt. She has tried everything she knows to do (which is a lot) and then some, and nothing is working. She is going to have to send hers back to the manufacture in hopes that they can fix it. I plan on sending mine back (again) to get the Microsoft store and wifi issues fixed as well. Overall I am super disappointed in this laptop. The reviews were good and we agreed with them for a while, but these laptops do not age well, and if you are needing something that lasts look somewhere else.

This Pc is amazing, it has rtx 3060 and i can do extreme VL shaders on. Its super fast and amazing, i have an oculus quest 2 so i can finally use oculus link, the design is also really cool, the laptop is just amazing i would highly recommend it!

Love the computer, so much power packed into such a small package. Video, sound, and gaming quality is excellent. Wish it had full RGB capability instead of just the white backlight, but an incredibly minor gripe for such a quality computer.

Worked well for the first two months, but then it started struggling to connect to the internet. I tried using multiple ethernet cables to fix the issue, but they didn't work. The computer wouldn't detect WiFi networks at all. I finally fixed it with an ethernet cable that would get a very poor connection for a few minutes before losing it entirely, I had to have a buddy who's good with computers come help, and he uninstalled the internet drivers and then had to reset the computer completely for them to reinstall. After the internet issue was fixed, it started to drop frames at random times during light gaming sessions It would be holding a steady 90-100 frames then drop to 10-20 frames for several seconds. It would do this constantly in any game I played, ranging from Destiny 2 to Rocket league. As I tried to find ways to fix this, I was told it could be an issue with overheating, so I tried to switch from Turbo mode to Manual when I was gaming so that I could run the fans higher, but every time I would try and use Manual, it would switch me back to Turbo after about ten seconds. Now it constantly brings up an icon telling me that it has switched to Turbo, even though I already have it set to Turbo. The fans don't really cool down the CPU unless I am in the Armoury Crate Application, but as soon as I switch tabs, they lose RPMs and the CPU overheats again. Overall, worked really well for the first two or three months, then started to have some issues that really bring down my opinion of the laptop.
