    Great keyboard, but this particular machine was possessed of a gremlin that didn't allow one to power it off so it was returned. Otherwise, it worked well as a replacement for a now-defunct Windows 10 laptop I've had since 2012. In preparation for returning the laptop, it froze while trying to factory reset so I'm thinking Geek Squad will have to find the gremlin and remove it. I can't imagine they were all built with gremlins installed, so I can definitely recommend.

    This laptop is perfect for my need. The only complaint would be the keyboard is silver with white back lights. It's fine at night but you can't see the keys at all in the daytime. I have already had to make multiple corrections just writing this review.
