Absolute terrible. I keep getting forced shutdowns and blue screens. I don’t know what the issue is. It only 2 days old and it already performing worse than my 10 year old HP. I was absolutely excited for the laptop as the dual screen seems pretty amazing. Unfortunately the reliability and performance simply just isn’t there. Running games such as age of empires’ 2,3,&4 are super glitchy and horrible. 4K video editing or even viewing seems to be a hard task for the rig. I’m absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Dear CA71,
We do understand your disappointment with the laptop and the inconvenience this may have caused.
If you are experiencing auto shutdown, blue screen, and games are glitchy and video quality is terrible, please check if Windows and drivers are up to date. By keeping Windows and drivers current, it will maintain optimum system stability and performance. While accessing online games or web applications, please make sure the laptop has access to an established router, it is getting excellent wireless signal and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/.
If you need further assistance, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be happy to help. Or, you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent at: http://bit.ly/AsusLiveChat.
Thank you for choosing an ASUS product.
Regards,
Rodel

I bought this for the dual screen functionality and the 120hz oled panel. I have to say i am very surprised on the performance of this laptop. Ive owned several high performance gaming laptops from highend brands as well as macbooks and this performance pertty similar. The screen is bright, well not as much as my macbook pro 14, but its oled! The colors are rich and vibrant. The 120hz works wonders when watching movies, playing AAA games at decent settings (3050ti) and sometimes I have to lower resolution to 1080p for high settings, but still looks amazing. The weird thing which i do not know if i like yet is that you can game on both monitors! The bezels are tiny and the screen does have a glossy finish but that doesnt bother me, my office is very dark. The second screen is not oled, but is a 12.7-inch 2.8K 120Hz display, though both displays have over 500 nits of brightness, the main screen is a bight brighter. The second screen looks like it has a matte cover over it and is not adjustable. The sound quality is decent, not macbook pro 14 level, but tolerable and the ports are pretty decent as well. But who actually listens to laptop audio anymore? Get a nice pair of headphones and you are all set! It has a decent dac that can run several high quality headphones. The only thing that i have to get used to, besides the dual screens, is the awkwardly positioned keyboard and i dont mind it but what i do mind is the position of the mouse pad. I just keep navigating towards the middle of the keyboard but im sure once i get used to it, it will be alright. Overall with all the accessories given, sleeve and pen, and the functionality, performance, and features of this pc i think its worth it. Though its not cheap and there are alternatives with dual screens from asus, but nothing with this beauty of an oled screen.

Very satisfied with the ASUS. Have to admit, it was my 2nd choice. But after two fails from ACER, this is was what I should gotten all along. There is so much you can do with the second screen. The OLED, response, speed, everything is really good. I've had it a few weeks now and am slowly getting things set the way I want them. Portability is excellent given the specs. I only wish it had room for a second hard drive. This is the bomb.

Fantastic work and gaming laptop. It was a gift for my wife who does design work. Other than going through battery quickly it's pretty much perfect. The cost is high but totally worth it.

Fast laptop with an extra screen that you can use or not. The battery lasts a good time but not too much. It's a beautiful laptop. The Windows 11 is not the Pro Edition.

Really a wonderful device. Your really don’t understand how useful having a second display for even simple note taking on the fly can benefit you until you use this laptop. It also comes with great accessories and my girlfriend loves the paper like feel of the bottom pad. Battery life is shorter (around 3-4 hours) longer if you don’t constantly have the second display on. Overall as long as you maintain the battery life it’s a wonderful laptop.

Perfectly super computer. Wish it had more storage. 1 TB not a lot for photography downloads and processing. The Best Buy sales person was superior. She helped me get the laptop working through ASUS issues. Thank you.

Using the 2nd screen.is god sent, i can use it to read information and work on my main stuff on the laptop screen. Multitasking is a ease and it has good clarity. More on the expensive side but well worth it

The idea of an extra screen was genius but impractical for most purposes. I tried to use it in the plane and couldn't get a good way to use the key board
