This is the same affordable corded phone that AT&T has made for decades. I love having it as my land-line backup phone--no electrical outlet required and a backlit keypad, among other features. It's attractive, compact and reliable, a great phone for the price!

I purchased this phone because the digital phones need power in order to work. I have digital cordless phones for convenience but batteries never last long enough. I rarely use my landline except for Internet connection but I keep the landline for a back up. Easy for 911 calls from residence and if the power goes out... my landline is still operational!!! I have an older home which already had the wall mount so it was as simple as opening the box and putting up the phone. But this phone can be used as a desktop phone too. Affordable price makes this a no brainer to have as an option.

Great landline phone to have if one loses power. It is simple to use, looks great. Can be used on the wall or tabletop. For wallmount, just reverse the tab where the receiver hangs unto phone. It has great clarity and no static. My previous phone was also an AT&T 210 that we have had for over 20 years and just plain woreout. The price is right for this little gem. You won't be disappointed, give it a try.

I had a very old version of this ATT phone where the ringer stopped working. This replacement was EXCELLENT for the amount paid. Ringer and voice are clear. Cord length (stretches to about 5ft) is short but not a problem where I'm using the phone. If you need a longer cord that will increase the cost of the purchase by about 50%.

Great basic telephone. I had the same model for many, many years until I thought it stopped working, recently, so I was so happy to find the same one on Best Buy's site, in a slightly variation in color, and it was on sale to boot! Regular price, is a little high, for what it is, but definitely worth getting if you need a landline and can catch it on sale for a good price!

This trimline corded telephone is perfect to use as a wall phone or to sit on a table. Just remember, to hang it on your wall, you must first remove the small tab under the directory card and then turn it upside down. The directions for the handset tab are in the booklet that comes with the phone. This secures the headset on the base of the phone when it hangs on the wall. The sound is good, but to use it as a wall phone, I had to purchase a longer coiled cord in order to walk around my kitchen or sit at the table.

Our phone from 1983 finally broke, so we were happy to find this old style phone available at a great price. This phone is great during power outages because it doesn't need electricity to function, unlike our cordless land line phones.

Call it old fashioned, but needed an inexpensive phone for an older relative that just doesn't get cell phones. Needed to add a second phone in the bedroom and they just didn't want the cordless or anything like that. This was just what they were looking for. They are very happy with it and would recommend.

A nice price for the buck. Dials good, sounds good, looks good. Only problem is it rings low, even on loud ring!

Good quality, good price, and shipping was on time. With installation by Verizon big improvement with echo and static.

The quality is excellent. You can turn off the ringer although it said you couldn't. You might want to update that. I use it as a table phone in the bedroom.

It's exactly like the old trimline phones of the 70's and 80's. Much lighter weight and better plastics now. New technology gives it a Flash, Redial and Memory button. Stores 10 numbers as well as 3 buttons for Fire, Police and EMS. Unbelievably good price at $8.99.
