I’ve got over 500 miles on mine so far. Zero problems except for a rear flat at about 100 miles. Split wheel design makes changing tubes and tires very easy. Zoom hydro brakes are excellent. This is a fast scooter and very controllable after getting used to it. Deck is roomy and comfortable. Suspension is good for bike paths and smooth trails, but has no rebound or compression for more serious riding. Longest ride was 32 miles with 2 bars left on battery. So far it’s been great and I’ve really been enjoying it.

My son loves the scooter. It's pretty fast so a helmet should definitely be worn. All in all good product. Best part was the customer service. I asked about a second charger and they sent me one at no charge. After receiving the scooter there was a scratch on the screen. After sending them a message and emailed a picture they notified me today that they are sending me a new screen. I would recommend getting a screen protector as it looks like the screen does scratch easily. I bought some universal self stick screen protection film that I will be putting on the new one when if arrives. In the meantime my son made a temporary screen protector out of an old sock.

It’s super fun… only thing I can recommend is order inner tubes because I had one for a week and it popped.. but easy fix… overall tho super nice to ride loads of fun and really fast.. I’ve only went 30 on it and it was good enough for me.. if anything ide rather have tubeless tires I plan on ordering in the future but one inner tube tire went but… highly recommend ordering extra just in case.. u don’t wait like I have.. definitely enjoy it tho so I give it 4 stars just cause the inner tube went quick..

If I could give zero stars I would. I spent over $1000 to get a product that gave an error code immediately out of the box. The scooter won't drive because the throttle is faulty (eventhough it says quality control tested). Best Buy has done nothing to help since it is a 3rd party vendor item. So basically I flushed my $ down the toilet. It has been weeks and a replacement part has not been ordered yet. I will never purchase from Best Buy nor their vendors again. This should be a crime...honestly!

I've been into riding the scoots for a few years now being a Segway super scooter kinda guy GT2 then a Nanrobot so I have gotten used to the good stuff first and got this for friends to ride along. Overall it is Ok- It has decent speed and 2 wheel drive capabilities but the suspension on this is just bouncy springs. For the price I guess you are really just paying for the speed and nothing much else.

Love it. Good bang for your buck, has plenty of power needed for fun riding only thing I don't like is you can't really upgrade the suspension.

Had this scooter for over 6 months and I absolutely love it! I weigh 190 and got it up to 51 mph! I ride it’s maybe 3-4 times a week and it hasn’t missed a beat! The range on the battery is excellent! Lithium for the win! I’ve got many compliments on my scooter! This scooter is the best bang for your buck!

It is a very fast scooter; however, riding it on asphalt can be dangerous—you risk losing control due to the off-road tires and overly soft suspension. Aside from that, though, I am generally satisfied. Thank you.
