After having it for a little while, I made a pro's and con's list. Pros: *Very cold water *Hot water perfect for Tea *Not Loud when cooling/heating *Removable catcher makes it easy when kids overfill their cups *Never worry about spilling water when replacing the water jug. * Easy to load jugs. Cons: *Fingerprint Magnet *Dent from shipping (box was thinner than it should have been) Overall it is probably the best water dispenser I've purchased.

This 5-gallon cooler is a perfect addition to our kitchen! The color scheme matches our appliances beautifully. With hot, room temp, and cold water options, it's versatile. The night light switch and lower bottle placement are convenient features. Changing bottles is a breeze. Highly recommended!

Purchased the Avalon A4 Bottom Loading Water Cooler a month ago. It was not damaged on arrival. It was easy to set up. It is not noisy. Easy to change out the 5 gallon bottles. Good quality

Looooove this water dispenser!! Compared to our last top-loading dispenser, this one is so low profile (since the bottle is tucked away from sight underneath). We leave cups on top of the dispenser for our kids, too. When you couple this dispenser with a whole-house water filtration system (we have a fantastic Spring Well system), you can’t go wrong. Your bottle runs out, you literally refill it from the water hose, and boom. Done. I’m also so glad that we didn’t get the water dispenser or ice maker on our refrigerator door - these are way less likely to break and so. much. easier. 10 stars!!

I bought the water cooler mainly for cold water. I have tested how cold the water comes out; it comes out at 43.7 degrees, which is very refreshing in Summer time. If you prefer warm water you won’t be disappointed because you can drink your favorite tea right out the water cooler

Does as a good job with the hot and cold water the reason for 4 stars is it’s a little noisy.

I love very good quality. I always have hot and cold water and I don't have to lift the jug to put it.

I was looking forward to have a water dispenser, and this Avalon is just amazing, it’s super easy to set up and having the galon to be loaded in the bottom makes it so convenient. In short I highly recommend this one!

I absolutely love this thing, I recently moved into a place that uses wale water and wasn’t a fan of that so decided to buy this bad boy and it’s amazing. Cold, hot or Luke warm water. It does it all, highly recommend

Great water dispenser that keeps you from constantly having to carry 5 gallons over your waist.

First time owning/using a 5 gallon water bottle bottom loading cooler. The cold water is definitely a lot colder than our previous dispenser. I like it so far.

Very happy with this product. Not having to lift those heavy bottles it’s a plus. Having hot water available it’s good. Not noisy at all and chills water very well. Looks good and works great.
