Very satisfied with this printer and Best Buy's order processing. Arrived on time and in perfect shape.
The printer has performed flawlessly, after the half hour setup routine, it hit the ground running.
Printed a number of things off of Bambu Lab Makerworld site, reel adapters for 1/2 kilo filament spools (the threaded cylinder in the picture is a part of that, threads printed beautifully) and the other parts in the pictures is an articulated vacuum hose, intended to evacuate fumes from a laser engraver. The print tolerances are excellent (the quality of models on Makerworld is great).
All in all, like I said, I'm extremely happy with this printer.

Have several 3D printers but wanted one I could make items with very little waste. This one has been running none stop since I picked it up. See attached photos for several quality examples.

I’m extremely impressed with the Bambu Lab H2D AMS Combo. The print quality is outstanding, the speed is incredible, and the multi-color system works very smoothly. Setup was simple and calibration is almost fully automatic. I run multiple printers daily for production, and this machine has quickly become one of my favorites. Very solid build, reliable performance, and excellent results right out of the box. Highly recommended for both hobby and business use.

The printer is an absolute beast and runs flawlessly. The print quality is outstanding, and the Bambu Lab ecosystem makes everything effortless. As a company, Bambu Lab has clearly thought through every detail, especially when it comes to handling errors. I was printing straight out of the box, and having pre‑ordered filaments made the experience even smoother.Have already printer bunch of toys and home stuff.

As this is my first 3D Printer I’m by no means the goto authority on them but I will tell you this machine is amazing. I’ve had 2 issues and both were caused by user error and very easy to remedy. This thing prints everything beautifully. I have printed PLA, PETG and ABS thus far and adhesion has not been an issue. The heated chamber so far has eliminated the warping I have heard so much about with large prints in ABS. I had a concern about printing ABS without venting outside but there is no need. I had more odor from PLA & PETG until I ordered the external carbon/HEPA filter attachment from VOXEL and that has even been eliminated. I have an air quality meter that I keep right
next to my printer and I have moved it all around the printer during ABS prints with no increase in VOCs or air quality whatsoever. I even put the meter inside the printer during an ABS print to confirm its sensitivity and it worked as expected setting off both air quality and VOC warnings. I’m currently printing an ABS desiccant drying spool and you can see in the picture that the air quality is good. This machine has really made the process of learning to 3D print very enjoyable. Bambu Lab has not only made a great product but the ability to upgrade that product at will to do laser engraving and cutting or to install their Vortek system if you find yourself wanting to do multi-colored prints without the waste of material through filament swapping. So far I am unbelievably impressed and pleased with this purchase and the experience that came with it.

Great 3d printer!! Easy to use for first time users.
Takes a while to unbox and setup, but works great right out of the box. Fast and easy to print multi colors thanks the the AMS. Also added the AMS HT...

I upgraded from the A1 to the H2S about a week ago and honestly it feels like a huge step up. The packaging was super solid, everything was secured really well so nothing could get damaged on the way. Setup was quick and easy and I was printing right away.
The print quality is great and super consistent, and it’s noticeably faster than my A1. Every print I’ve done so far has come out clean without much tweaking. One thing I’ll mention is that this thing is heavy and it does shake a bit when it’s running, so you’ll definitely want it on a sturdy table.
Overall I’m really happy I made the switch. The H2S has been rock solid so far and it’s cranking out awesome prints every time.

If your looking for a printer that just works and has a large print bed then the H2D or the H2S are the printers to buy. This printer produces premium quality prints without having to fiddle with settings and guess work.

I love this printer! I also have an X1C, but I find myself using this printer more often even for smaller prints. Larger prints work great as well. Machine is fast and works well. I thought very hard about the H2D, but the price was just too high and I did not like that the entire build volume was not usable, but it is with this printer.

After having my X1C for a few years and printing a lot of multicolor projects, I have to say I’m really impressed with how little purge waste this printer produces compared to the X1C.
My last large multicolor print on the X1C wasted around 1.5 kg of filament, but after printing Majora’s Mask, the total waste between the purge tower and purging was only 206 grams.
I can’t wait for the filament track switch to be released, as that should speed things up a bit. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am buying these for my children for Christmas. They are a great deal and easy to use. They have a great support system and plenty of print options ready to go in makerworld.com You simply chose an item to print and transfer it with a one click option to Bambu Lab where it is sliced with one click and then printed with one click. There are some options that take more as they are multiple colors. The AMS system can also keep the humidity of your filament at a desirable percentage. All in all this is a great 3D Printer, affordable easy to use, with endless prints available to you. All the pictures can be done easily by a novice just follow directions and or use you tube tutorials.
Great product, AMS 2 should come with power supply

I’ve seen some people online so they had issues with it damaged in shipping and some had issues printing after they got it right away but so far I have dozens of hours on this thing already and it’s everything I could’ve expected. Little disappointed that for $1500 which includes the AMS2 pro they don’t include the power supply for the AMS so that you can dry your filaments and you have to buy that extra, for that reason I’m giving it four stars because bambu already has tons of things they can sell you and that a power supply really didn’t need to be one of them.

I started with X1C and got the best experience of 3dPrinting. I highly recommend Bambu products to anyone. H2 series is a flagship series of Bambu and lives unto every bit of hype. Since I received the unit, I have been printing non-stop. Right out of the box, it's been working like a champ. No errors or issues so far. I ended up picking up a H2C as well.
If you have the space and $$ go for it!

I’ve owned a lot of 3D printers over the years, starting with a MakerFarm i3 kit back in 2013 and moving through several Prusa models including the MK2, MK3, MK4, and Mini. The Bambu Lab H2S completely blows them away. The print quality and speed are outstanding, and it’s easily the most reliable printer I’ve ever used. I have two AMS 2 Pros connected, and filament changes are fast, smooth, and surprisingly simple.
A lot of people like to complain that it’s not open source like the Prusas, but honestly, haters gunna hate... This machine just works, and it works beautifully. It’s quiet, efficient, and the overall user experience feels refined and professional. Compared to my MK4, it’s not even fair to call them competitors—they’re in totally different leagues. If you’re serious about printing and want something that performs flawlessly out of the box, the H2S is absolutely worth it.
Moved from a 7 year old Prusa Mk3. Amazing Upgrade

Coming from Prusa i3 mk3, I knew a lot about 3d printing already. Being an active printer as a hobbyist and do-it-yourselfer, I have plenty of experience creating my own 3d designs and printing solutions to my problems. I have to say the technology has come a LONG way in the last 7 years. If you're well versed in 3d printing already, the Bambu H2D will feel very natural, with incredibly intuitive software, very user-friendly remove monitoring and controls, and some absolutely incredible print quality. I've had the printer just 2 weeks and have already printed a variety of items using PLA, PETG, and TPU. All printed beautifully. The companion AMS unit has my filament considerably dryer than I ever printed before (mostly by remove the hassle).
Great machine, would absolutely recommend. I've attached a couple of my first prints. One is a print-in-place articulating dragon for my kids, the other is a Christmas Tree star topper that I designed (with inspiration from other online models I've seen pictures of).

I have been 3D printing for almost 4years and most of that time it was spent trying to get the printer to run correctly. This printer (Bambu Labs H2D) runs perfect prints from to get go. Using it with the AMS Pro I have been running nonstop since I plugged it in. Even if there is an issue ( like running out of filament mid print) it was only a couple of minutes to change and resume. With my previous machine a stopped print was a failed print with no chance to recover. I would highly recommend this printer for anyone who has wanted a printer and especially for anyone who wants to print multi-color without issues.

The H2D is well worth the investment if you’re serious about improving print quality and reliability. It’s especially valuable for anyone printing flexibles or needing consistent extrusion for detailed models. If you already own a Bambu printer and want a dependable upgrade, this is one of the best you can make.

Excellent printer and large build volume. Calibration is super easy meaning I dont have to constantly fiddle with settings to get good prints. My only gripe is that you cannot use different size nozzles simultaneously, so I dont really get the need for a second nozzle other than its just easier to load non ams supported filaments. Other than that this is a great buy.
