Basically the sound bar that wasn’t working was exactly the sound bar that they brought back to my house so now I have another bad sound bar that was exactly like the sound bar I had. The gentleman told me to go back to the store and ask for a better sound bar which of course would cost me more money my problem with that is in the store the TV has a different color is more rich it’s perfect the same TV that I’ve got in my house which is wash out and the sound bar that they sold me in the store I could hear people talk perfectly but the sound bar I have here that they brought back which was the same thing I can not hear them speak. I am not entirely sure what I’m going to do about the situation but I’m getting real sick and tired of it I can tell you that much right now. I can take my business elsewhere because what they’re doing is a bait and switch.
Which is illegal. I don’t know if I’m going to pursue this situation or not because I’ve got other things going on but I might have to call the Better Business Bureau I work for the state of Wisconsin Department of financial institutions for years and this happens all the time when we would investigate stores like this and do this.
