Geek squad is great and knowledgeable I only use the geek squad for setup of my tvs

I paid for the Geek Squad yearly plan thinking this will be a great way to set up my new TV and Sound system but that was not even close. At my local store, there were no sales associates working the TV section, so a sales associate from fitness had to help me. The sales associate from fitness said the Geek Squad plan will do everything but that was a lie. The sale clerk said they will unbox it and set it on the stand but the first available appointment would be in 3 weeks. My new TV would sit in a warehouse for all that time. I changed to delivery and got it in 2 days but I had to unbox it and lift it myself. Then, the sales associate forgot to set up delivery for my sound bar. The phone operator apologized for the problem and said she will have Geek Squad deliver it in a week. Delivery day comes and around my delivery time, I noticed a Geek Squad truck across the street from me and the driver is having his lunch and talking on the phone. This went on for 30 minutes and then he finally got out of his truck and was pulling boxes and tools for another 10 minutes. He did not call ahead that he was coming, he just walked up to my house and rang the bell. When I answered, he did not state his name, so I refused him entry and told him this was now delivery, and he can go back to his lunch. He did not say a word to me, he had me sign his computer and walked away. Totally disappointing experience. I went to the store to complain and was told to call. I called but no one has gotten back to me. This Geek Service was a total disappointment. I still would like to contact someone about this. I should have gotten better service for the $200 a year plan.
