the agent told me the tv could not be mounted on wall which i found out was not true . The second time the geek squad came and installed another tv was more knowable.

Contracted agent was late with a plausible explanation but this still greatly impacted my schedule that date, I did not get a call within 24 hours as promised regarding the more specific time window for service, service was rushed and soundbars were effectively connected but without any review of features, any fine tuning, and teaching of basic functions.

The install of the new receiver for my home theatre speakers was not successful - sound was fine on the few TV stations tested but after tech left and other stations were selected it was apparent the audio was defective — can hear background but no voices. I was unable to reach the tech to provide some advice on how I might be able to correct myself so I had to schedule a re-do. So I am without the use of this TV until then which is over 2 weeks away. Not happy.

Was having everything else setup with install so just had them basically plug it in an made sure there were no issues. Basically though I feel just about anybody could set it up.

The agents who arrived for setup were unprofessional and demanding. Despite having paid online, they insisted on an additional payment, which felt like blackmail. They also pressured me to leave a 5-star review, making it feel like an obligatory demand. I do not recommend these individuals.

The workers went over and above to reinstall my home theater system and construction work was completed in the house.
I noticed later that 2 of the speakers were not working.
First of all congratulations on your new home theater system! That said, I can understand how two speakers not working would be concerning. The installer set-up the sound bar, but didn't calibrate it for sound quality. We've made two more appointments to have it corrected and each time, the appointment is cancelled for no reason. At this point, I would like a refund of the installation fee. Really poor service.

The soundbar setup and integration does not work properly and I will have to have Geek Squad come back to fix it. The problems occur when we are in DT Streaming. The GS should agree to come back to complete the setup once the TV is completely configured.

I made four appointments for the Geek Squad to handle a 1-2 hour project. I was extremely detailed in what I was seeking. Twice, your employees were scheduled for 15 minute appointments, which is basically walking in and out the door. This is incredible to me after I have to take off work, and wait till an employee arrives anywhere between 7 AM and 1 PM or between noon and 7 PM. These are ridiculous blocks of time if appointments must first be scheduled, and then, to have your reps say they have no flexibility when they show up.
The other two appointments were no-shows with no phone calls or any sort of follow up. I have also left numerous messages with the Geek Squad manager with no return calls
This is highly unprofessional, and I have alerted numerous people who were planning to call the Geek Squad. It was a tremendous waste of time and money. I am so disappointed

I complained about the sound quality of my Sonos sound bar. The quality was worse that the 10 year old TV in my home without external speakers. The techs simply told me that for an additional $800, I could upgrade to a better system. I think that they agreed with me that the Sonos system was sub-standard.

sound bar was not set up. They came out and said they could not find any studs in my wall and they also tried to tell me that my electric fire place vented up in the wall. I hired someone else and of course I myself checked and found the studs in the wall right where they should have been. So they didn't set up the TV on the wall nor did they set up the sound bars. I really got the feeling that they did not want to work

Would not do it again. I called and made the request of what I wanted to accomplish turning it completely over to your in house program. After over 3 months I had to settle for a system I was not thrilled with. I understand the Covid issue became part of delay but that does not change the fact that I spent much more than I intended and did not achieve my goal. I will say that the Geek Squad installers were wonderful and were trying very hard.

Arrived at my home for the set up. It was obvious that they. We’re in a big hurry to leave. Set up the system and told me to play with the app and it should be fine
