Two visits from Geek Squad and then a private hire and the sound bar is not still working. I need to make arrangements to return it.

We do not receive the service ordered nor did we receive the correct service specialist. This has caused a tremendous amount of headaches and inconvenience to functions at my home.

Geek squad had to return twice after initial set up of tv and sound bar first person was not able to do anything other than say we need a different tv second one fixed issue

Geek Squad Did Nothing to Audio But I Was Charged

This was a very simple installation of an almost identical new TV into a home theater setup with no changes. Geek Squad did not test or tune the audio system but I was charged anyway. Best Buy should give me a credit.

The person that was sent to my house to install the equipment have no idea about what he is doing, he can not complete the job, we have to hire someone else to do it!!!

Billed for every little thing. Nickeled and dimed. Should’ve just hung tv myself. Could’ve gone to Bahamas with the savings.
