I purchased these as a gift for a young adult that is a music and electronic Guru. He has more high end headphones than any one family should own - much less one person. He was so excited to get them and claims that they are the best ones that he's got. That speaks volumes to say the least!

I purchased these Beats Dr. Dre headphones during the Black Friday week at a very good price. The quality and sound is remarkable and I also like the color. They sit perfectly on Ear.

Haven't read other reviews but I'm sure there's one where a audiophile rips it up because some of the lower frequencies drop out. But seriously, for under $100 (awesome holiday deal) , they are worth twice what I paid. If you want a light weight, over ear headphones that deliver great sound on every genre of music, grab these. I've put over 200 hours on them and they continue to deliver. No hum, pops or crackling at any level so far. And a surprise bonus is that they reduce the amount of ambient noise without depending on white noise generators which I've never cared for personally. Overall, no downside to date, great buy, awesome pair of headphones.

Beats solo are my first and probably best pair of headphones I have used, great quality and durability with amazing sound and fit, wouldn't go with any other pair of headphones!

Bought these headphones to replace my boyfriends old ones that I broke by accident he never takes them off now I try an talk to him i have to practically unplug them from his device so he can hear me I listens to them myself the sound is great draining out everything around you

First off, my friend loved his beats for Christmas, the red color stands out , the ear phones that cover the ears are somewhat small. However the package arrivals within 3 days. Somewhat over priced unless you get them on sale , but overall satisfied with purchase.

Great sound, great comfort, and a great abiltiy to skip songs without having to use the ipod/ mp3. Great headphones for serious music listeners but because of the price i would not recommend to some one who is not as serious about music and sound quality. All in all, a great product and the only downside is that it is somewhat fragile but it is not too bad.

The sound that emanates from these headphones is phenomenal.You will close your eyes and imagine you are at the ballgame if you are listening to it or just get caught up in the sweet clear sounds of the music playing.Outside noise is non existent.The phones themselves are quite sturdy. I wish they would make some a little more "petite" for us females so I might check out the earbuds as well. But if you want exceptional sound these headphones are for you. As someone who is budget conscious,I didn't give purchasing these headphones a second thought once I tried them. The listening experience is worth every penny!

Bought these for my son to use on the bus while traveling to sporting events. He loves them as they are smaller than his regular Beats. I gave them a test drive out of curiosity and they sound really good. Especially for the type of music he listens to. I tried some of my music, Neil Young, Crosby Still and Nash, etc. and they were really muddy on the highs and mid-range area. Super bass though. These were offered for one of those "Daily Specials" by Best Buy for $99 so I couldn't really pass up the opportunity. All in all I would recommend these especially to the young who like lots of bass.

The sound quality is actually pretty good compared to all of the negative reviews about Beats being nothing more than a fashion accessory. They are very comfortable for on ear headphones and I can wear them all day without an issue. The con is that they have an angled headphones jack. To some this may not be an issue but if you're using a phone with a case it may not fit without an adapter. Which for some may not be an issue, but it can be annoying for me at times.

The headphones fit well and look great. Great bass and highs. Thought the volume should be louder for the high price tag, but still a quality product.

Purchased online at Thanksgiving for my nephew's Christmas present. He started tearing up when he opened them he was so excited. Fit perfectly on his head, love they can fold up for travel in the carrying case and the sound on them is great

The sound is clean and pure...they are very light and still durable. I use them for work and while at the gym. I never leave home with out them!

My daughter uses earbuds usually but since getting these for Christmas I always see her with them on. She says it feels better than buds and loves how they perfectly fit her ears. Her ears are on the small side so keep that in mind.

I purchased Beats by Dr. Dre for my 15 year old son. He absolutely loves them. Sound quality os amazing. They are very light and comfortable.

These headphones are very comfortable and block out surrounding noises. They are also easy to travel with. They fold up and pack away nicely.

Very colorful and easy on the head to wear. Sound is outstanding and product is very durable. Comfortable to wear and powerful base.

We have looked at these headphones for quite awhile but never bought them due to the price of $200 a pair. Then they went on 50% off at Christmas and I couldn't pass them up for my kids. I had never listened to a pair but my kids swore they were incredible sounding. They were not kidding. Those are some of the best sounding headphones I've every heard and they do not feel heavy on the head when wearing them either. I was pretty amazed after hearing them and then I was that much happier that I got them at 50% off too!

I got them as a Xmas gift for my 6 year old goddaughter along with an iPod. When she first tried them, she was overwhelmed with how clear and bass heavy they sounded. Now she will only listen to music with her Beats.
