Powerbeats quality is predictably poor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried giving Powerbeats3 a(nother) try after my Powerbeats2 experience during which those worked intermittently until they finally stopped turning on again. I tried updating firmware and the only thing that did for me was to tell me the batteries were fully charged for inoperable earbuds. I took them to an Apple store and was asked if I had tried updating the firmware - after answering yes, all the tech could say was "sorry". Now these PB3 have stopped turning on after less than 5 months. Since they apparently have a 1-yr limited wty, I'll try taking them to Best Buy for hopefully a replacement for a totally different type of earbud if not a refund. But I'm not hopeful for a good resolution given past experience. Given all the other consistently poor reviews, these need to stop being sold. i will definitely not purchase them again.
