The loop on the ear is to big and fall from my ear

Love the color white and also love that they are water resistant.

Do not buy white. Sweat will dirty it pretty quickly.

I purchased these last year around September-by June of this year they stopped working - had to drive to the Apple store -no exchange possible at Best Buy’s - so I was granted another exchange now the hanger is separating - for 129.- i expected them to last longer

They are flimsy, and absolutely not worth the price.

For a Samsung galaxy S7 and come to find out that beats were purchased by Apple and will no longer work with Samsung products it is not indicated anywhere on the box nor did any Best Buy employee know this until after the holidays when the massive returns started piling in

I am using bose soun dsport.. I took this for my wife for casual calling.. I tried using this and is insane listening to music.. I would rather prefer and strongly recommend Bose soundsport than this beats.. I am sorry Apple Beats!!

It didn’t charged. So I didn’t even get a chance to use it.

Very loud and powerful headphones but not comfortable at all

They were great the first month, then they quit working support said I needed an upgrade, did the upgrade worked Inge day. Again contacted support told me I need to send in for repair, said nope I want new, said they will send a new pair.... We shall see

They worked for 1 work out. The second time I used them the volume kept cutting out, and then quit working all together. I returned for $20 JVC headphones that have held up so much better. I expected much better from Beats.

Bluetooth wasn’t consistent. Replacement worked though

Range between you and paired item is very short and IF paired to a TV you have to be sitting in a direct line of the TV for them to stay connected. Constantly disconnects from item and have tried it with TV , Phone, Tablet, Computer and same happens to all

I couldn't move my head, they fell out constantly.

Worked excellent for about 3 months, would give 4.5/5, BUT they started to have issues with holding charge to the point the "low battery" red LED wouldn't even come on and the earbuds just couldn't power on. I used to be able to wear them for 2-3 workouts and misc. parts of the day without recharging, but was down to barely a couple hours. Now in the Apple "care" whirlpool of death, sending them back out for a 2nd time since the issue, which the in-store help was perfectly able to reproduce, magically does not reproduce at their repair center.

I got these few days ago, and compared it with few others, like the AirPods and jabra elite sport , very disappointed with the quality and they are not loud , only thing beat is good at is BEAT, no crisp sound no quality,
