      We appreciate the time you spent in sharing your experience with us. We suggest that you adjust the wireless channel on your router to avoid possible interference in your network. Use the Wi-Fi analyzer to find a less crowded channel for your wireless router.

With regard to having a stable Wi-Fi connection, you may access the router setup page by typing 192.168.1.1 in the address bar > input your log-in credentials > go to wireless > click Edit on 2.4 GHz and test channels 1, 3, 6, 9, 11. For 5GHz, you nay test channels 157 and 161.
