Great adapter

Does the job and seems heavy on Thunderbolt

Something to think about. this may be when we switch to a wireless display like the ChromeCast 2015 model. I made the upgrade and love it.

The only MDP to HDMI adapter you'll need
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own a Lenovo ThinkPad X230 and work with customers with varying branded devices, including Apple, Toshiba, and Acer. I looked primarily for a Lenovo-compatible solution as I was upgrading from an X220 (features the older Display Port) and was using a DP to HDMI on a MDP to DP setup (worked fine, but the adapters took as much room as two iPhone 4's) but also wanted something that was Thunderbolt compatible. The Moshi-branded adapter was priced at $40 and wasn't as slim as this adapter plus the design didn't feel as solid compared to Belkin's. So far, am more than pleased with my purchase.

Great & Affordable Adapter

We looked at the Apple products... but for less money we purchase this adapter. There's nothing wrong with the Apple brand... but the Belkin works great & it was less money than the Apple brand.

Easiest way to connect your HDTV to your iMac!

This connector was on sale for a really good price and decided to give it a try. The results are a fast and easy connection, and a very happy user!

Works perfectly and is ideal for those who already have an hdmi cable and don't want to buy the hdmi to mini display chord.

Nice adapter for Mini Display Port devices

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used the adapter to connect the Minit Display Port on an MS Surface tablet/laptop to an external HDMI-based monitor. It seems to work perfectly, although you always have to be careful with any of the "Mini" ports, since it's easy to damage the adapter or the port by using too much pressure, forcing the connector in at the wrong angle or upside-down, etc. Seems to be well-made to last a long time, but time will tell!
